Because it's time now. 

I looked at the closed door as anxiety took over me thinking about what will happen once he enters this room. I have been alone with him so many times and at that time he didn't let go of the chance of touching me and today I'm lawfully wedded to him. 

Then how can I expect him to let me go on our wedding night? 

My heart pumped so fast thinking about what kind of evil intentions he has been lurking in his evil mind for today. He made clear to me he won't have mercy on me. As his words roamed in my mind my skin shudders in fear. A big lump formed in my throat as I kept looking at closed doors. I still heard the fumbling of the doorknob letting me know his presence behind it. 

"Oh God, I'm not even a bit prepared for the things he wants to do to me," I whispered under my breath in my shaky voice. I moved my eyes all over the room and my surroundings didn't make me feel any better. This room screamed 'consume the marriage today itself' and it made me clasped my hands together in nervousness and swallow the big lump forming in my throat. I tried not to look at the pack of condoms but my fearful gaze went on it even after I tried hard not to look at it. 

What should I do in this kind of circumstance? 

Should I hide it so he won't be able to do anything with me? 

But deep down I knew he would claim his conjugal rights on me with or without it and it made my fingers fumble with each other more in uneasiness. All my life I have been courageous regardless of any situation. But today I was feeling like a lamb who has been sacrificed to a hungry lion with no way out. My breath hitched when the door opened a silhouette appeared at the door as I couldn't see clearly in dim light. 

It's time. 

My inner voice said and it made me take a shaky breath. I braced myself and kept looking at the silhouette but now I saw not one but two silhouettes appearing in front of the door. Wait a minute they were not two they were three and it made me look at the door with furrowed brows. As they all walked in only then their faces became clear. It was none other than Jane, Ava, and Hazel; they all walked. I breathed in relief as Jack was not with them. I was delighted to see their faces but it confused me at the same time too. 

What are the three of them doing here? 

"What are you guys doing here," I asked in a questioning tone as I stood up from my place. Only when they walked in I noticed their unsteady steps. They were walking with hands-on each other shoulder making a chain of three. 

Are they drunk? 

Listening to my question Jane looked at me with half-open eyes and smiled and then her facial expressions changed in a second into a crying one. 

Yup, she is surely drunk. 

"Oh, my poor Nina why do you have to get married to Jack the Satan?" she said, taking her hands away from Ava's shoulder and coming towards me. She cupped my face in both hands squishing my cheeks making my lips pout. "I'm so w--worried about you. I'm sure you are going to give Jack a b--black eye today if he comes near you but what should I do. Me, your b--best friend worries for you so much and I came to check on you" she said in her drunken voice. She knows my reason for getting married to Jack and I knew she was worried about me. 

"Yes, s--she is right we were so worried about you too," Ava and Hazel both said in their drunk voices. Hazel walked towards me now she was squishing my face while making me look at her drunk face. 

"Do you need our help in beating him? After all, I too need a practice of it to keep bad people away from me" Hazel said in her drunken voice with a malicious expression on her face. Her expression was as if she was imagining someone's destruction in her head. And I had a bit of idea of who that certain someone was. I moved my eyes to find Ava nodding her head in approval. 

"Even if Jack is my dear cousin I'm ready to beat him for you," she said in her drunk voice while punching her fist in the air. 

"So you all-girls came to save me today," I said in my closed-lip thin voice as Hazel was still squeezing my face in both her hands. Listening to my question they all laughed in mischief and nodded their heads. 

"Yes of course or why else we would be here before Jack could come," said Ava while still smiling in mischief. 

"We even tipped the waiter to make him stay in the reception for a little longer," said Jane with an evil look on her face and I facepalmed. 

Just how much they have drunk to act like this. 

"Where is Zanvil," I asked Jane while making her little stable on her feet. Listening to my question she looked at me with furrowed eyes. 

"Who is that," she asked looking at me with raised eyebrows. And I had this urge again to facepalm myself. 

"Zanvil James Adams your husband" I took his whole name to enlighten her. 

"Oh you mean that devil," she asked with raised eyebrows. 

"Yes him," I said while looking at Ava and Hazel. Ava was playing with rose petals and Hazel was trying to blow away the candle but she missed it every time. 

"Oh don't talk about him with me. You know how evil he is to me. He does all forbidden evil things to me" she said in her drunk voice while rubbing her red face as if she remembered something flustering. "And I don't want to let Jack do it because I know how much it pa---" before she could complete her sentence and intensify my anxiety even more we heard Hazel's voice. 

"Look girls, we have chocolate here," she said in her happy voice as both Jane and Ava ran towards her in excitement with their unsteady steps to eat chocolate. They went nuts just after listening to the name of chocolate. I looked at them and moved my head in helplessness. I'm moved from inside that they feel like saving me from Jack the Satan but I too know that they are here because they are not in the right state of mind. 

Why three of them drank so much and I can't get a grip on how the hell Zanvil let Jane drink so much. I remember the last time she got drunk she started to believe Zanvil was gay and I don't know what kind of problem she is going to bring on here today. Hazel never likes to drink and Ava said she hates drinking then why they are so wasted today. Are they trying to drink their sorrows today? Are they hiding something from me? What is bothering them so much and this thought makes me worried. 

God please don't think of protecting me today and please save three of my best friends on my behalf. 

"Nina, which kind of chocolate is this?" I heard Hazel's drunk confused voice which made me come out of my worried thoughts to look at her. I lifted my eyelids to look at her and I saw she was holding a silver color square shape foil. For a second It made me think too which kind of chocolate it is but I moved my eyes to her other hand and my eyes widened in surprise and my cheeks burned red. 

"It's a condom dummy, not chocolate," Ava said in her drunk voice while giggling a bit as she munching on her chocolate bar. 

"Ewe" saying that Hazel dropped the box and that square foil down with a disgusted expiration on her face. It made Jane and Ava laugh looking at her face. 

"Guys we have wasted enough time, let's do what we came for," Ava said, trying to sound serious but to me, she still sounded so drunk. Listening to her words Hazel and Jane too became serious and nodded their head trying to agree with her. Their serious talk I don't know why but somewhat scared me. I'd they are not here to beat Jack then why are they here. 

"Nian let's go, we are here to rescue you, don't worry we will hide you so Jack won't be able to find you," said Hazel in her drunk voice while rubbing the hand in which she was holding a condom wrapper a few seconds ago on her dress to wipe out its traces. 

"Yes, let's go, or else Jack will come," Ava said, taking my hand in her. But before they could take me out of the room we all heard the click of the door and all of three looked at me with wide eyes. 

"Shoot he is here we need to hide now or else he will kill us," said Jane looking at each other with wide eyes. Ava let go of my hand and all of them started running here and there to hide. Avan and Hazel ran to hide behind the couch and Jane ran to hide behind the long curtains. 

Were they here to save me, why are they saving only themselves now. 

I just kept looking at them as I moved my head in disbelief. "Nina" I heard Jane whisper, calling me making me look at her with questing eyes. Jane was peeking at me with her head only out of curtains. 

"Sit," she said while gesturing to me to sit on the bed with her eyes. I moved my head more in denial and took my place back on the bed but this time I was not nervous or worried for myself but my three dummy but sweet friends. Jack walked more in while moving his hand on his white shirt of grey tuxedo. 

"Those girls and that stupid waiter" he mumbled under his breath. There was a big red stain of red wine on his white shirt as he tried to wipe it. He grumbled something more under his breath. I knew exactly what must have happened to his white shirt. I kept looking at him as if feeling my gaze on him he looked up at me with his predatory light brown eyes. 

The anger in his eyes vanished completely as he saw me looking at him. His predatory eyes moved all over my face drinking my appearance and then they moved down to my neck and my deep v-neck of my wedding gown. His hooded gaze made me curl my fingers which were resting on my lap. I swallowed hard when he started to walk at me while removing his jacket and throwing it on the couch where Ava and Hazel were hiding. 

I saw Hazel lift her head from behind the couch as Jack Jacket was on her head. Ava pulled her back down before Jack could notice her. My heart beaded fast as a fear of him discovering that we were not only present in this room took over me. Jack walked towards me while opening his shirt buttons one by one and it made me look at him with wide eyes. 

A big lump formed in my throat as I saw Jane looking at us from behind the curtain with wide eyes and Hazel and Ava looking at us with their wide eyes too. I immediately stood up with a distraught expression on my face, making Jack stop in his tracks as he looked at me with little furrowed eyes. I smile nervously at him as I gesture with my hands for them to hide back. But they kept looking at me. 

Jack saw me looking for someone else so he turned to look back and they hid back in their hide in time making me feel a bit relieved. Finding no one behind him he looked at me with a questioning stare and it made me smile at him in nervousness. He shrugged off his shoulder a bit and brought back that wickedness in his predatory eyes. He walked towards me and now he was standing in front of me. It sends a chill to my spine as he looks at me with that look in his eyes. 

I tried to move away from him to make some distance between us but before I could move he took hold of my hand and pulled me towards him as he wrapped both hands around my waist not even letting air pass from between us. I tried to make some distance between us by keeping both hands on his chest to make some distance between us. His intoxicate scent was already all over me and I didn't want to lose my mind in front of my drunk friends. 

"Quit running away from me my wild cat from now onwards because now I'm not just your fiance on just any papers but your lawfully wedded husband," he said in his deep voice while looking straight into my eyes. I looked at him with wide eyes as he declared his current relationship with me. 

Next thing I know he captured my lips in an earth-shattering kiss. He made me open my mouth to kiss me deep to dominate me. Letting me know he had no sane intentions with me tonight and it made my body shivered in this sweet fear. I heard a snickering sound as Jack kept kissing me senseless. I opened my eyes to look behind him. I saw Hazel and Ava were snickering, looking at us with their hands on their mouths. It made me remember they are still in this room. I moved my head back to stop him from kissing me. As I moved my head back he growled in protest and moved his face forward to capture my lips again. 

"Jack," I said a little breathlessly trying to stop him but he put his finger on my swallowed lips and shut me. 

"Shu I'm not going to listen to anything tonight. I said there will be no mercy tonight. I have waited patiently enough but now you're mine today I'm going to claim you completely as mine" he said in a husky voice kicking the breathing air out of me. Saying that he moved his hand into my hair and continued kissing me. This time he kept his hold strong on my hair not letting me break the kiss. 

I didn't know how to stop him because it seemed an impossible task tonight. From the Corner of my eyes, I saw Jane covering her eyes with the curtain and it made me blush even more. Jack moved his wet lips from to the corner of my lips and then down to my jaw as I opened and closed my mouth not knowing what to do as he was completely controlling me now. He moved his wet lips from my jaw to my neck. He sucked and bit on my neck tracing a path down to my half-exposed shoulder. He moved his hand tracing a path with the back of fingers from my arms to my shoulder and passing a shiver to my whole body. 

He hooked his fingers only the hem of my wedding dress on the shoulder and then he slowly started pulling it down as he pulled the net cloth down from my shoulder he kept pressing a wet kiss on my exposed skin. He nibbled on my collar bone passing another wave of pleasure to my body. I couldn't believe the things I was feeling as he touched me this time I even forgot that we were not alone in the room. 

"Girls it's time let's save our friend from Satan" we both heard a sudden voice which made Jack look at me with confused eyes. I looked behind him with wide eyes which made him turn and look too. His eyes widened in surprise and fear as he saw three girls running toward our direction, especially since their main focus was on him. 

"Attack" the three drunk girls yelled and before even he could process or think of escaping the three pounced on him. All four landed on the bed making a loud crack sound that vibrates in the silent room. I clasped both of my hands around my mouth in shock. Jack groaned as three of them were lying on him. 

"We will not let you do anything to our friend my dear evil cousin," Ava said in her drunken voice trying to sound serious. 

"That your friend is my wife. I have all right to do everything with her," he said while groaning in pain as he tried to move them away from him. I was still looking at them with a shocked face. 

"We won't allow you," Hazel said in her stubborn voice. He looked at her with mad eyes

"Are you able to stop Skyler from doing things to you," he asked Hazel in his sharp voice. It made Hazel gasp and shut her mouth as her cheeks became redder. 

"And you," he said pointing towards Jane. "I don't think there is anything left for Zanvil not to try with you," he said, making Jane gasp audibly at his words. 

"Well you can shut them up but you can't stop me from saving my friend," Ava said with her head up with a smirk on her face. 

"Oh my innocent cousin, do you think I don't know anything about the frequent visit of a lawyer to your office," he said, making Ava gasp in horror. Her smirk vanished just after what Jack said. He moved them all from him and stood up still grunting while massaging his shoulder. 

"Three of you I will make sure that you regret ruining my wedding night" he threatened three of them making them glared at him. Still looking at them with a mad look he moved to take his cell phone and he called Zanvil and Sky letting them know how the three of them ruined his wedding night. 

I came to know Zanvil and Sky were searching for them in the whole reception but they could find them. They never imagined them to be in our honeymoon suite. Zanvil looked at Jack with a sympathetic look in his eyes as he saw a cracked bed. Skylar patted his back with the same look in his eyes. I don't know why but I too felt bad for him. 

Now we both were sitting on the couch looking at the broken bed. I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time at my friend's stupidity but I kept quiet as I felt Jack's angry gaze on me. But I suddenly burst out laughing aloud. He frowned at me in annoyance but looking at my laughing face he too joined me. Our rest of the night went on the couch with me sleeping on Jack in my wedding dress while his hands were possessively wrapped around me. 

So this is how our first night after our marriage went and I knew it was only the beginning of all the uproar in our life.
