Myrtle's revenge
It had been dreadful. Absolutely devastating. How could Olive do that to her? The whole school was laughing about her. Four eye Myrtle. Did you steal your grandpa's glasses? Grandpa Myrtle. Myrtle looks like a frog wearing them. Do you know what would make Myrtle look better? Wearing a paper bag over her head. Even if Myrtle wouldn't be so awful at magic, you could just defeat her by stealing her glasses. She should've lent the ministry her glasses, then they wouldn't have made the mistake of sending her a letter.
Myrtle never wanted to leave this bathroom. She was humiliated. She could never show herself again. No one liked her anymore. She never had many friends and those few tried to avoid her. All that because of Olive Hornby. With her oh so fantastic hair and perfect skin. Conceited purebloods. Everyone did what she said. Only because she was part of a pureblood family and had a Black as a boyfriend. Not only was he good looking but also two years older and Quidditch captain. Stupid game. Stupid Olive. Why couldn't she leave Myrtle alone? Ever since she accidentally spilled ink on her in their first year Olive hated her and turned her live in hell. But someday she would pay for it. And she'd regret everything.
Myrtle had no clue how long she had been in this cubicle when she heard someone enter the bathroom. She hoped it wasn't Olive coming to continue her bullying. But it wasn't. It seemed like a boy was there, speaking in some foreign language. How dared he coming in here? This was the girls bathroom, he wasn't allowed in here. Myrtle was furious. That idiot. Oh, he'd regret coming in here. She unlocked the door and turned to this guy. All she saw where some big yellow eyes. She felt all funny and her body went stiff. Her blood was turning in ice, inch by inch creeping closer to her heart. It was so sudden yet felt so slow. Time was freezing and it felt like her soul was detaching itself from her body. She floated above it, seeing it lay down on the floor. The boy was laughing and petting his gigantic, snake like monster. Everything seemed to fade and Myrtle panicked. Where was she going? She couldn't leave. Not now. She still had exams left and she had to get her revenge on Olive. She couldn't die now. But everything went black. It seemed like years ago yet only a few seconds could've passed when Myrtle came back to her senses. Somehow she knew she was death before she saw her death body lying next to her. Everything felt different. Lighter, brighter, but also dull and foggy. The boy was gone. She seemed to be able to hear way better than before. Her body, or whatever it was she was now was blueish lucid. She felt cold, yet she couldn't feel at all. It was weird. Myrtle guessed this was the ghost paradox Professor Binns had once told them about. Myrtle wasn't sure if she liked it. Thinking of Professor Binns, she floated through the closed toilet door in her cubicle. It was a funny feeling. She tried if she could float through the floor when someone entered the bathroom and let out a piercing scream. It was Olive Hornby's voice. Myrtle smiled cruelly. This was going to be fun. Oh, Olive would regret everything, that was for sure. She'd never let her forget it. For the rest of Olive's live, Myrtle would be there to remind her of what she did.
