Scene 15 A loud bang has taken over the stage as VOLDEMORT and KRONOS join forces in the darkness and the ground that the group is standing on from a distance shakes violently. They fall down with its force and stand up knowing the battle has started center stage.

HARRY. (panting) What was that?

HERMIONE. And where is Ron?

(From the left wing, monsters and creatures start crawling into view and the group take steps back in precaution only to find RON on their opposite side, his wand out)

ANNABETH. (befuddled) Ron? What?

(HERMIONE steps closer to him only to back away rapidly, dead scared as the spotlight falls on RON and the creatures)

HERMIONE. He's not Ron. He's being controlled by Voldemort!

(HARRY shakes his head in shock and eyes the creatures by the other corner)

HARRY. Get your weapons ready...

PERCY. (nodding) Okay!

(PERCY takes a ballpoint pen out from his pocket and everyone but ANNABETH stares at him)

HERMIONE. A pen?

(PERCY nods and clicks on it, extending it into a full-fledged sword)

HARRY. Oh.

(KRONOS suddenly walks onto the stage from the right wing, next to RON and grins maliciously at them)

KRONOS. (happily) Ah, I see that seaweed boy has joined forces (he turns to VOLDEMORT) At least I'm here to make sure these kids won't escape from under your nose again.

(RON snarls as HARRY snorts, he opens his mouth to speaks, but is interrupted by HARRY)

HARRY. (laughing) What nose? You ain't got any!

(Both figures' smiles disappear)

PERCY. (positioning himself for battle alongside the rest under a blue spotlight) Well, we're going to win and even Voldemort nose it!

KRONOS. (outraged) Enough! Attack them!

(The lights fade and the next time they light up the stage, a war is being played out across it; The demigods are fighting creatures from one side, and wizards are shooting spells at Voldemort from the other as dramatic music plays loudly)

(There is no end in sight to the noise-filled and violent battle until a cry echoes out and KRONOS falls. VOLDEMORT, distracted, turns away and HARRY gets his shot)

(KRONOS crumples and VOLDEMORT, with eerie music, leaves RON's body center stage. The spotlight falls on the heroes as they realize that the battle has been won; the villains are gone)

(They smile serenely at the audience, a coat of sweat on their faces, as they give each other high five. They've done it; they've won)

(The lights fade away completely)
