"NNNNAAAAAARRRRRRRUUUUUTTTTTTOOOOOOOO! "

"What do you want, Kakabaka? And how the heck did you get into the Team 7 telepathic link anyway? It's two in the bleeding morning," Naruto groaned, rolling over.

"RIN'S GOING INTO LABOUR! "

"Uh-huh, cool. WAIT WHAT?! " The blonde jerked upright, eyes wide.

"YOU HEARD ME! AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! " Kakashi screamed in Naruto's head.

Naruto winced at the volume. "Calm down, idiot. First of all, get Rin to the hospital unless you want her to give birth in your home! Then wait for me, I'm going to get Granny Tsunade! NOW MOVE! "

The telepathic link was cut off as Naruto jumped out of bed, dragging Sasuke by the collar and then abruptly dropped him on the floor. The raven Uchiha grunted as he was dropped onto the floor, and turned bleary eyes to Naruto.

"What the hell, Ruto? Why did you wake me up?"

"Rin's going into labour," Naruto explained quickly as he pulled on a short-sleeved white shirt and black cargo pants.

"Oh," Sasuke said dumbly.

"Don't you get it, Ke? Rin's GIVING BIRTH!" Naruto hissed loudly, throwing on an orange sleeveless hoodie that had the Uchiha crest on the back and two black wristbands before grabbing his skateboard.

"Oh. . . OH!" Sasuke yelped and shot up right. "Wait for me, I'll be two seconds!"

Naruto headed downstairs to put on his black and orange sneakers, and when the raven Uchiha came downstairs to join him, he was wearing white cargo shorts, a white shirt and a navy blue version of Naruto's hoodie and two black wristbands. His skateboard was also tucked under his arm.

"Why the skateboard?" Sasuke whispered.

Naruto shrugged. "Seemed like a perfect time to try them out, plus they're pretty fast. Now let's go," he hissed and quietly opened the door as Sasuke followed shortly after putting on some navy and black sneakers.

Naruto's unzipped jacket flapped in the wind as he rode through the pitch black, silent village, his skateboard lighting his way. He looked behind him to see a flash of blue following him, and he sped up the pace to the Hokage Tower.

"Saki, wake up! "

"What is it, Naru? " Sakura's groggy voice asked.

"Kakashi just contacted me - Rin's giving birth! I need you to head over to the hospital and help them as much as you can. Ke and I are going to get Granny Tsunade."

"I'll be there as fast as I can. What way are you travelling? "

"Via skateboard."

"Of course you are. Then I'll take my skateboard too."

"Yeah, see you at the hospital soon."

Sakura cut the telepathic link and Naruto and Sasuke sped up, zipping through the village before skidding to a halt at the Hokage Tower.

Jumping off and flipping the skateboards up, the two boys caught them and rushed into the Hokage's Office, where they found, not surprisingly, a soundly-asleep Tsunade.

"Granny, wake up!" Naruto hissed loudly, shaking the blonde woman roughly.

"Naruto, go away," Tsunade slurred.

"No! Rin needs you, she's giving birth now!" Naruto snapped. "Get up! "

Tsunade's eyes snapped open at the previous statement and shot out of the office. Exchanging looks, Naruto and Sasuke balanced their skateboards on the window sill and took off on the roofs, flipping and doing random skateboard tricks on their way just for the fun of it despite the situation.

They arrived at the hospital just as Tsunade entered the room Rin was put in, and the two boys barely stopped in time before crashing into the wall after skating into the room.

"Boys!" Sakura chided.

The two sheepishly rubbed their necks, noting that Sakura was wearing the same outfit they both had on, except she had beige cargo shorts and a pink sleeveless hoodie that had the Haruno crest on the back. She even had black wristbands, and her skateboard was leaning against the wall.

"What is this, the Team 7 skateboard outfit?" Sasuke asked incredulously.

Sakura shot him a look before noticing that they did indeed have matching outfits with the same luminescent skateboards Fugaku had bought for them on a whim.

Chuckling and shaking her head, Sakura returned to helping Tsunade coach Rin who was in the early stages of childbirth.

Naruto and Sasuke, not really knowing what to do, set their skateboards beside Sakura's and sat down the floor, deciding to play "chopsticks".

Sakura smiled fondly at them ten minutes later when she checked on them after noticing how unusually quiet the two boys were. She then noticed Kakashi pacing back and forth agitatedly in the hospital room, and quite frankly it was annoying her.

"Ruto, Ke, please take Kakashi outside and spar with him or something! " she finally snapped after five minutes of listening to the frantic footsteps.

The two boys looked up. "What for? "

"He's stressed which might make Rin stressed and quite frankly he's annoying me with that incessant pacing! "

"On it Saki! " the two boys chorused and each grabbed one Kakashi's arms and Naruto flashed them all to training ground right next to the hospital.

"Hey Ke, remember that time we called a truce in the former future so we could take down Kakashi because he was ticking us off?" Naruto asked his brother quietly.

"Yeah, why?"

"What do you say about reliving that. . . but with a twist of our more stronger techniques and a less humiliating end?"

"I'm in."

"What are you two doing?! Rin's in labour and I need to go support her!" Kakashi exclaimed once he realized where he was.

"Alright you, shut up and vent your anxiety on this spar okay?" Naruto yelled, charging as he formed his signature hand sign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

"I said this before and I'll say this again. Charging with Shadow Clones is not going to take me down," Kakashi said, having a moment of nostalgia from the former future.

"Heh, we'll see about that," Naruto smirked.

Kakashi drew out a kunai and quickly cut down all the Shadow Clones his blonde student had created. Just like the former future, smoke clouded his vision. Knowing exactly what was going to happen, he prepared himself for the Fireball Jutsu and his predication proved true when a giant fireball came barrelling towards him.

'They do realize that I remember this spar and their attack strategies, right? ' Kakashi thought to himself as he dodged out of the way.

"Chidori!"

"Rasengan!"

'Yep, just like last time,' Kakashi thought and lifted a hand to his forehead protector only to find it was already straight, and his hair was covering his eye.

This time, Kakashi had no Sharingan.

The two boys charged at the white-haired ninja, and Naruto threw his mini Rasengan right at Kakashi who tensed, ready to deflect the jutsu. No matter how small it seemed, Kakashi would always be aware because, well, this was Naruto.

But just at the last minute, the jutsu disappeared.

Kakashi blinked, relaxing only a bit. And in doing so, completely forgot about the jutsu that had "dispersed".

Kakashi was sent flying backwards as the invisible Rasengan hit him in the gut.

"Oh my Kami," Kakashi groaned as Sasuke and Naruto ran over to check on him.

"That may be small but damn that hurts, Naruto. Why did you use the Vanishing Rasengan on me?" Kakashi groaned, suddenly realizing what the technique was.

"Sorry Kaka-sensei, I forgot you didn't have the Sharingan anymore," Naruto said apologetically.

"Yeah, and you were the one who healed my eye," Kakashi griped as Sasuke helped him sit up. "At least it was a mini one."

Naruto smiled apologetically.

"Naru, you may want to get Kakashi in here now," Sakura informed.

"Yeah, why? "

"Well this is normally the part where the husband has to support the wife as she pushes out the baby. . ."

"Oh. . . okay. WAIT WHAT?! "

"JUST GET KAKASHI IN HERE! "

"Yes ma'am."

"Rin's finally giving birth," Naruto said bluntly and before his teacher could freak out again, flashed them back into the hospital room.

Kakashi immediately ran over to Rin and the minute he did so, the Uchiha brothers grabbed their skateboards.

"See ya Saki," Sasuke called.

"Where are you boys going?" the pinkette asked in slight confusion.

"Um, skateboarding? No offence Rin, but there is no way in hell we're sticking around for the childbirth," Sasuke said, looking fairly disgusted.

Sakura shook her head at them, smiling. "Off with you, then. I'll call you when the baby's here."

The two boys saluted and took off.

"Bet you ten bucks I can master the 360 flip on my first try," Naruto smirked.

"I'd like to see that," Sasuke agreed, pulling out the amount of money from his cargo pant pockets.

Naruto nodded at took off skating. He skated around for one length before he jumped up and his skateboard flipped underneath him and he landed on it easily.

Sasuke frowned and activated his Sharingan. "Hey, you used the Wind Style to master it! Cheat!" he accused.

Naruto pulled up to a stop, smirking. "Neither you or I said I couldn't use my Wind Style to help me. I win the bet, bro."

Sasuke groaned at the fox-like slyness of his brother and handed over the money rather reluctantly. Naruto shoved it into his pocket, grinning and took off again, Sasuke chasing after him.

"They're here! They're here! Naru, Ke, THEY'RE HERE! " Sakura squealed in their minds.

Naruto, who was in the middle of a flip, was startled and lost his momentum and crashed to the ground as Sasuke fell off his skateboard mid-wall-ride.

"Ow, Saki," Naruto winced.

"Sorry Naru, but the babies are here! Alive! Healthy! " Sakura squealed happily. "Kakashi and Rin are holding them now. Come and see! They're adorable! "

"They. . .? "

"Kakashi and Rin had twins, a boy and a girl. Now come on! "

Sasuke placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder and the two disappeared in a burst of golden flames just as the sun peeked over the horizon line.

"Oh, boy and girl, huh?" Naruto said, blinking at the heart-warming family scene. Sakura was "aww"ing quietly by Rin's bedside.

"Aren't they cute? We named the boy Sakumo and the girl Sorscha," Rin said softly, gently rocking the baby she was cradling.

"So who is who?" Sasuke asked curiously, tapping nose of the baby Rin was holding.

"Oh, Kakashi's holding Sorscha and Rin's holding Sakumo," Sakura informed them as they watched Rin kiss Sakumo's forehead.

"One's gonna be her daddy's little girl and the other's gonna be his mommy's strong little boy," Sasuke murmured too Naruto, who chuckled quietly.

"They're going to make a perfect family," Naruto murmured back.

"That they will," Sakura agreed, going over to stand next to her boys.

"You know, one day we're each going to have families of our own," Sasuke commented.

"And I hope for their sake that Ino and Tenten will get the chance to get their family again, the one that they never had because of war," Sakura added softly, leaning slightly on Naruto as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

"If things keep going to way they are, then soon enough everyone can have their own family in the new era of peace that we made our personal mission to maintain," Naruto murmured.

"Well, let's not think so far just yet," Sakura said comfortingly, reaching out and drawing Sasuke into the one-sided hug. "For now, let's just enjoy being children with a rather unique personal mission."

Naruto smiled. "Yeah, let's do that."

"The only new family happening right now will be Kaka-sensei's," Sasuke agreed.

"I think. . . peace is not too far off from us now," Naruto murmured. "If Kaka-sensei can let his down enough to settle down and have a family, then our goal is just in our reach."

Sasuke and Sakura nodded in agreement.

And as the Leaf Legion burst into the hospital room just a few moments later, the sun rose fully over the village and the Leaf Legion smiled at the heart-warming scene was the sun centred its rays on the new family of four.
