P.O.V. [Name]

I was currently in my dorm listen to music or at least I was until I heard my phone ring. I looked at it and saw that it was Professor Ozpin. 'How'd he get my number?' I thought as I answered the phone.

"Hello?" I said already knowing who was on the other end.

"Ah hello is this [Name]?" I heard a male voice say.

"Yes it is." I said looking at ceiling sometimes I find it more interesting than him.

"Well this is professor Opzin. I have a mission for you. I want you to go to the front of the school to meet your new temporary partner." He said through the phone.

"You know I don't like working with other people." I said through the phone.

"Yes I am well aware however this is mission requires your destructive power as well as her stealth skills." He said taking a sip of his coffee.

"Her?" I asked through the phone.

"Yes I believe you know her a Miss Blake Belladonna." I was little shocked as to his choice.

"Yeah Yang's partner I know her." I said through the phone.

"Right Well you are to meet her at the front of Beacon for your assignment I shall be there shortly." he said hanging up. I let out a sigh and went to the front of Beacon. When I got there I saw Blake already there waiting for me.

"You're late." she stated rather bluntly.

"Yeah well I prefer to take my time on certain matters. This just happens to be one of them." I said looking at her.

"Right well all we have to do now is wait for professor Opzin to arrive." She stated taking out a book to read.

Several moments of silence passed before either of us said anything. As it turns out she was the first to speak. "Please don't hurt Yang." She said not taking her eyes off her book.

"What?" I asked a little confused.

"She speaks very highly and fondly of you she has grown rather attached to you. So I am asking you not to hurt her." She said looking at me.

"Yeah I didn't plan to." I said looking at her. She gave me her short version of a thanks then continued to read. I looked to the sky and felt a small tug at my heart. I couldn't help but let a small smile grace my face.

Yang apparently talked about me. I mean it's not unusual I guess considering I talk about her. I just didn't think I was the type of guy worth talking about.

"She talks about you to." I said looking at her.

"Really? Well what does she say?" I asked looking at her.

"Not much really. She says that you're a nice, kind hearted, person." I said averting my gaze back to the ceiling.

She chuckled a bit before she looked at me. "She says something quiet similar for you. Only she's always talking about you." She said the end a little annoyed.

"Really?" I asked looking at her.

"Oh yeah you should hear her sometimes." She said then did a high voice trying mimic her. "Blake do you see what [Name] was wearing today he looked so cute in it. Blake have you seen [Name] today. I hope nothings happened to him. Blake you'll never guess what happened today I kissed [Name]." She said looking at me.

"The last one didn't sound so bad." I said looking at her.

"Yeah she said that one after your first date." She said looking at me. I smiled fondly at that memory. After a few more minutes had passed Opzin had final arrived and looked at us.

"Please forgive my lateness I had something to take care of before I could get here. Now as for your assignment you two are to sneak into a local store we suspect of suspicious activity. You two are to go in and find any harmful information if you do then you are to destroy the building by burning it. I know this is an unusual but it is necessary." I looked at him and he looked at me.

"I understand if you don't want to go through with this mission." He said looking at us. "However I feel as if I should tell you that we think their information may be related to Beacon and all it's staff as well as all its students. I have looked through our files and have found that you Miss Belladonna are skilled in stealth and you Mr. [last name] are without a doubt capable of destroying this building if you so desire." He said looking at the both of us.

"I guess we are the most suited for the job." Blake said looking at him.

"So are you agreeing to the mission?" Ozpin asked looking at her.

"I guess." She said looking at him.

"I see well that's good to hear." He then turned to me and said "So how about you are you going to accept this mission?" He asked looking at me.

"Yes." I stated looking at him. He looked at me and smiled.

"Very good now prepare for tonight. I will give you more details then. Bring whatever you find necessary for this mission." He said we nodded and I walked towards my dorm.

I walked in and I looked around and found a slight bit of chocolate left. I picked up the bar of chocolate and walked out I decided I was ready. After all if all they want me to do is burn down the building then I won't need a weapon. Plus I prefer not to use weapons it's much more effective to use fire.

I then heard ringing and looked to see my phone once again going off. I looked at the phone and saw Yang was calling me. "Hello." I said picking up the phone.

"Hey [Name] I'm a little bored want to go to the park with me?" She said.

I smiled and responded "Yeah I'll be there in a minute."
