Third Person

Steven looked at the high school in front of him and mumbled, "Another year of boring crap." "Hey Steven!" a person yelled his name and he felt arms around my waist. Steven looked down to see Ivy, his girlfriend. He said, "Hi Ives." He took her arms and disconnected them from his waist. "Sooo...are you ready for our last year of high school hehe?!" Ivy asked him, her eyes beaming. Irene, those eyes. He started to smile but it quickly turned into a frown and he said, "No." and started to walk to the school. Ivy frowned and ran to catch up. "Aww come on...Stevey~." Ivy said, giggling at the nickname she gave me. "Don't call me that." Steven said, rolling his eyes. She just giggled and they walked to the front and saw some of their friends. "Hey McKenna, Kat, and Eshaal!" Steven said and McKenna turned around and said, "Hiii!!!!" "You guys excited?!" McKenna squealed and Zane and Vylad said, "Yes!" McKenna looked at Steven and Ivy. "How about you two?" "Yes!" "No." Ivy elbowed Steven and glared at him. Before Steven could say anything, someone pushed him and said, "Out of our way losers!" It was The Shadow Knights, Aphmau, Garroth, and Laurance. "Hey! That wasn't nice!" Kat yelled at them. Steven stood up and glared at Aphmau. "Uhh we don't give a single care if that wasn't "nice"." Garroth sneered. McKenna growled, her tail lashing. Eshaal put a hand on McKenna and said, "It's not worth it." "But they pushed Steven!" McKenna complained. Steven said, "McKenna, I'm perfectly fine." Ivy said, " Ugh! Those jerks!" she had her arms crossed and a very annoyed look on her face. Steven hugged her and replied, "Ivy. Calm down. Just try to ignore them ok?" she nodded and they all went inside.

McKenna's POV

I walked to my new locker and tried my locker numbers. The locker opened and I smiled. At least it opens. I thought as I closed my locker. I heard footsteps behind me and two shadows appeared on either side of me. I turned around and saw them. Aub was giving me a glare and Lil had a creepy smile on her face. "H-Hey guys! How are you guys?" I asked, slightly nervous. "I saw you with Vylad earlier and I didn't like that." Aubrey said, anger was obvious in her tone of voice. Her tail lashing and I said, "We're just friends Aub!" my ears were flat on my head and my tail was starting lash back and forth. "Well...not anymore." Lil said and she grabbed me. "HEY!" I yelled but Lily slapped me across the face. They then stuffed into a locker and left. I screamed and banged on the locker but it was no use.

An hour later...

I heard the locker open and I fell on top of someone. I opened my eyes to face Vylad. I started to blush wildly and stuttered, "V-Vylad?! I-I'm so-so sorry!" I quickly got off him and ran.

*After school is over*

Steven's POV

Ivy and I walked to my car and we drove to my house to hang out. We walked to the front door and I opened it. Ivy walked in and my mom walked in and said, "Oh! Hey guys!" "Hi Sarah! How are you?" Ivy said, smiling. I walked to the stairs and waited. "Oh, I'm doing great sweetheart. Hehe." Mom said and watched us walk up the stairs to my room. We walked in and hung out for a bit. Ivy was talking but I wasn't listening, I was staring into her teal eyes. "Uh Steven? Are you okay?" Ivy asked me. I moved closer to her and I saw a slight pink line across her face. I grinned and cupped her cheek and kissed her. Ivy kissed back and we stood like that for a few seconds. Man...I love her so much. She's so cute, smart, and nice. I thought as we stopped and looked at each other. Before either of us could say anything, I heard a camera click and turned my head to my window to see McKenna fangirling. "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! MY SHIP!!!!!!!!!!" she screamed. I stood up and yelled, "MCKENNNNNAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" McKenna stopped and said, "Oh crap..."
