Part 2

Hi, y’all!  I hope you enjoy this new edition :)

+Starting it off, I have an interview with conleyswifey, who has over a thousand fans, and as many of you know, many stories posted up on her profile.  I’ve read a couple of hers on fiction press, and I loved them.  I love a good romance story though, haha.  So, here we go!

                     1.  First, I actually wanted to ask you this because I’m curious.  Are your stories posted somewhere other than wattpad?  I thought I had read one of yours before off wattpad.

My stories are all posted on fictionpress as well as wattpad. Fictionpress is where I started but I had a reader who convinced me to come post on wattpad  and I am happy now that I did because wattpad readers are great!

                      2. You have so many stories posted, but a lot of them connect to one another.  There are three series total, right?  Which is your favorite to write on?

Yes, I have three series so far. 'Breaking Series', 'Savage Series' and my 'Werewolf series' . 'Love of a bounty' is also a sequal to 'Unexpected Romance'.

I really can't pick a favorite series! It would be like picking a favorite child (that would be my youngest) haha.. no i'm just kidding... or am I?? My werewolf series holds a special place in my heart because i really grew to love that family (though i'd love to go back and do some tweaking to the earlier ones)

                      3. The story of yours that I see the most is Aces are Wild, but who doesn’t love a story about a hot cowboy? Haha, even the cover is amazing.  Okay, to the questions, where did you get the inspiration for that particular story?

I'm not sure where exactly the inspiration for 'Aces are Wild' came from. I have been with my husband for eight years and in that time he has gotten me hooked on Westerns and I wanted to write a light hearted one with a lovable bad boy. This was my second western historical romance. My first was 'Saving the Gunslinger'

                       4. So, you’ve been on wattpad for about seven months.  How in the world do you have so many stories posted already?  Do you complete them on your computer before posting?

I have been on Fictionpress actually posting stories for nearly a year and a  half. When I begin writing a story it tends to just flow out of me and is finished rather quickly. I would really like to go back to some of my earlier stories and rewrite them and tweak them since I feel that I've grown as a writer since they were written.

I used to finish writing before I posted a story but after my first twelve stories on fictionpress I began posting chapter by chapter. 'Braxton's Run: Cattle, Whiskey and Women' was the first story that I posted chapter by chapter on wattpad.

                       5. Do you have any hidden talents you would like to share?

Talents? Well.... I am one heck of an in the shower singer. I read a killer bedtime story and my husband says I make a mean peanut butter pie. :)

                       6. Once you finish Give My Love to Rose, what are you plans for your writing?

Once 'Give My Love to Rose' is fiinished, I'll be starting a story that is tentatively called 'Lost and Found' about a business man who comes to a small town and learnes that there's more to life then how he's been living. After that one i'll be moving on to a story called 'Bruised and Battered Vows'  about a married couple on the verge of divorce until a tragedy rocks their family. Neither of these will be westerns.... *sigh*

                        7. How do you like writing Historical Fiction stories?  Do you find it hard to keep track of certain words that you can’t use and things like that?

I love writing western historical fictions. From time to time it's hard to keep from using certain words and phrases they didn't use back then but then again it's fiction, it's mine and I pretty much just have them say whatever I want them to say.

                         8. How do you keep track of all of your writings?  I know some have outlines and others just wing it, how do you do it?

I never start a story until I have finished the one before it. I might have ideas for what I'm doing next but that's it and normally when I'm working on a story I just wing it! I'll have a general idea of where I want the story to go but mostly I let my fingers and keyboard take me where they will :)

                          9. Okay, last question!  Do you have anything you would like to say to your fans?  Or do you have any advice for your fellow writers?

To my fans (how weird is it that I have those?) I would say thank you from the bottom of my heart! I was always afraid to put my work out there and my husband is the one who convinced me to. Every night he sits on the couch with me after the kids are tucked in bed and listens to everything I've written that day. I am so happy that I lstened to him because my readers ROCK! I'm not at a level yet where I feel comfortable giving advice to other writers... All i can say is write from your heart, pour your soul into it and you can't go wrong!

And here are two more questions asked by one of her fans, Bibliophile530:

                         10.  You must not have a lot of time on your hands; how do you find time to write or when do you do most of your writing?

I do most of my writing during the day. My two oldest kids (5 and 4) got to school and my 2 year old is usually pretty good about entertaining himself for a while during the day so mommy can write. It doesn't take me that long to get a chapter out and I can usually have one done in about 20 to 30 minutes if left alone to work on it... which doesn't happen very often so it usually ends up taking a couple hours of 5 minute pieces of time!

                         11.  The country life is in most of your stories.  Do you prefer the country life over the city life?

And I love the country life. I live in the country. I would have no idea how to live in the city and I guess that's why it's not included in most of my stories..lol.. I 'm a country girl and i'm married to a redneck husband and we're raising a bunch of young'ins so country type stories just come natural! :) Thank you so much for being interested in little old me!! :)

+Loved her answers, they made me laugh so hard :) Now, next up is an undiscovered gem that you will not regret reading!  I love this story.  It has a very unique story idea, and the newer love interest is great…  So, please, check out this story by echosound.  My Requiem of Fate: http://www.wattpad.com/1868075-my-requiem-of-fate-prologue

Luna Be'Claire has lived a life she does nothing but regret about. A slave to a trap set upon her, she longs for someone to help her escape her torment. But every time she tells someone of her life, they use her torment against her. With all her hope fading and soon to be forgotten, Luna begins hearing a song in her dreams that she names her Requiem of Fate, as she fears she's going to die soon. As the song becomes slower and slower, is there any chance of her to come back out of her misery?
