Maine Enchantment

3rd Person POV

Kiara woke up to an empty tent. Neal and the other two had gone outside the tent. Neal, Philip and Alex were just outside the tent checking their surroundings. "Do you see anything that might tell us where we are?" Neal asked.

"Ugh no. Just trees." Alex responded.

"Nah. The only thing I found was this strange note taped to the tent" Philip responded as if it was nothing, holding a note. Neal sighed in exasperation and grabbed the note. Kiara climbed out of the tent, "Why didn't anyone wake me?" She asked.

"We just wanted you to get rest" Neal said.

"But I want to help. I didn't have to sleep that much. Might I remind everyone I am not the child of Sleeping Beauty here. Plus I didn't get much sleep anyways" she muttered the last part.

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine, Neal. Anyways what does the note say?" Kiara questioned. Neal stared at it for a moment before Alex grabbed it out of his hands.

Alex looked over the paper and started reading, "Dear heroes, Congratulations your parents have dealt with Fate too much, you are now pawns. Welcome to your quest. Your are in your parents land 20 years before, some born and some not. Evil will pass and friends will visit but you four are here to stay, at least until the end. The Savior is locked up. Find the key. Sincerely, The Fates." She read, "That's confusing"

"Guys. Our sister is the Savior. We need to find out where she is" Neal responded. Just their luck a shadowy figure appeared from the brush. Not just dark an actual shadow. "Where did that come from?" Philip yelled unsheathing his sword and bringing out his shield. Neal did the same but the shadow figure quickly disarmed them.

"What do we do now?" Philip asked.

"Run!" Alex said defiantly. She and Kiara had a head start but Neal and Philip quickly caught up. Soon the four broke tree line and came to a red line in the road where a sign read, 'Leaving Storybrooke'.

"We're not in the Enchanted forest anymore." Kiara said as they turned and ran the opposite direction. About a mile or two after they started Kiara had to take a break, even though the shadow figure was looming closer. "Kiara come on." Neal said sternly, looking back at the creature.

Kiara shook her head, still panting and replied, "I can't". Neal seemed disgruntled and ordered his sister onto his back. She quickly obliged and wrapped her legs around her brothers abdomen. They started running again when they came across buildings. Kiara climbed down and was able to run again. The shadow loomed quicker and closer. They all ran for a very public place, but since nobody was around they had no idea what that would be.

The shadow figure threw energy towards the group and it hit Philip, sending him through the glass of the door of Granny's. "Philip!" Alex yelled and ran in after him. Kiara followed Alex and Neal ran after her.

Inside the residents of Storybrooke, Maine were stunned when a young boy flew through the door. Even more stunned and confused when a girl ran in after him. Alex had no time to look around, she tried mending her friends wounds. Kiara ran through the door and knelt next to Philip, "Is he alright?" She questioned.

"Well obviously he's completely fine. You know just flew through a DOOR!" Alex said sarcastically. Kiara gave her a pointed look. Alex sighed and said, "I'm not sure. He has some glass protruding from his stomache but I'm not sure if I should remove it. It may make the bleeding worse." Philip moaned in pain.

The shadow soon entered the room and dove for the 3 young people. "Look out!" Kiara said and they all ducked. Neal came through the door, his eyes glowing gold. Emma, Mary Margaret,Henry, Regina, and David all sat at a table and watched the scenes unravel. Neal's magic flowed through him and he sent a blast of light energy towards the shadow figure. It disappeared and Neal panted, his eyes returning back to their normal blue.

Philip still lay on the ground in pain. "I have a plan. Remove the glass." Kiara said, evaluating Philip. Alex hesitated but removed the glass. Philip clenched his teeth and cried out in agony. As soon as the glass was out Kiara placed her hands over his wound and closed her eyes. A glowing white power seemed to come from her hands and Philip's wound slowly closed.

"Kiara how did you do that?" Alex asked amazed. Kiara shook her head in disbelief, "I don't know."

Neal wavered a bit on his knees and stumbled forward a bit. "Neal!" Kiara yelled, Emma visually tensed. Alex sighed and picked herself up off the floor and began to examine her surroundings. She stared at her parents for a while before Granny came up from behind the counter. "Now who are you people?" She asked.

"You don't remember us Granny?" Alex asked, confused.

"No, dear. I'm afraid not."

"Granny I know you're 'old' but you're not that old. You should remember me. Cinderella and Thomas' daughter? Alexandra? Alex?" Alex said, trying to make Granny remember her. The entire diner let out a small gasp.
