Luhan was there, infront of Jia, his cold gaze stabbed Jia's heart. She always knew, he had no feeling for her, but his presence was enough for her. She knew someday she will lose him, but she never thought it would be this fast. She had no feeling for him at first, she just liked his good-looking face and his wealth. But she started developing her feeling as she watched him giving his love to Hao.

She realized their relationship was based on pity, not love, but she kept telling herself, one day he would open up his heart to her. It was just her dellusion, because that day, when they had sex, he called that one name, a name that she couldn't erase from her mind. That name was 'Xian'.

"We're over Jia" Luhan started. He looked at her eyes, sending the coldest stare.

"I know, but we have Hao" Jia talked, her eyes were teary.

"Don't worry about him, I will support him" He spoke up but Jia started crying. He sighed hard and looked away. He was tired with her tears.

"But I love you, don't leave me, I could die" Jia sobbed.

"But I never love you, I could die if I stay" Luhan raised his tone as he glared at her. This broke her heart, but she knew, she lost him. Whatever she did, he will never stay.

"Hao need you" Jia started using Hao as her shield, hoping he will stay for Hao.

"I will visit him, don't worry" Luhan reassured.

"How often?" Jia stared at him, slowly wipped her tears away. Even when she couldn't have him, she hoped, she could see him frequently.

"I don't know, maybe when I have time, I'm moving to Shanghai soon" Luhan's words gave her a heart attack. She couldn't believe it, he really did leave her and Hao.

"Why?!" Jia raised her tone, surprising Luhan with her sudden attitude.

"Because I need to work there!" Luhan raised his tone too, he would never lose to her. She was stepping on his limit, this was too much, she was a woman with no shame.

"You can work here!-----"

"JIA! Stop it! Who are you, huh?!" Luhan yelled at her. His question left her speechless.

"Stop acting like this, you should know your place" Luhan tried to hold his anger. He just wanted her to understand, he already helped her all this time, and he wanted her just to say thank you, not raging at him like this.

"You should be by my side Luhan, Hao is your son--------"

"Stop using Hao for your own good!" Luhan couldn't hold his anger any longer, it was irritating.

"Hao is not my son" Luhan continued.

"How could you say something like that?!" Jia yelled at him. She was on the edge of her life, it made her feel panic.

"I did a DNA test, what do you want to say now?" Luhan challenged her but she said nothing.

She fell into a deep silent as she realized her defeat. No way she could win this game if she was doing it fairly. She just needed to cheat and do the unfair game.

Lixian is ready for her work today, she feels so happy and complete. Last night was a fairytale for her, who would expect for the prince charming 'confession'? His simple words easily leaves a deep impression to her heart, giving a warmth. A smile appears on her face as she thinks about him.

"Neighbor!" Suddenly she hears a loud voice of the one she waited. Immediately, she walks to the door and opens it for Luhan.

"Good morning" He smiles at her as he waves cutely.

"Morning" Lixian smiles back and closes the door behind. Without saying a thing, he holds her hand and leads her to his car, opening the door for her, like a gentleman.

"Did something hurt?" He speaks after he got in to the car.

"What?" She asks him back with confused.

"Well, your---" He pauses and turns his sight to her lower part. Immediately she understands what he means.

"Not really" She speaks as she looks away, blushing. Last night, after his confession, they made love. They did it a little rough, that's why he worries. He might hurt her.

"Ah, so, we can do 'it' again tonight" He talks, emphasizing the 'it' word.

"No way!" Lixian scolds him and frowns. She never knows Luhan is this pervert. He wasn't like this back then.

"I'm just kidding, tonight I need a sleep" He smiles a he drives his car to the office.

Lixian just bites her lips as she holds her smile. Last night, she was too speechless to tell him her true feeling. She should tell him that she feels so in love with him, just like the first time she did. Her heart starts fluttering everytime she sees him, her heart starts beating so fast everytime he touches her, and her heart starts melting everytime he smiles to her.

After a long day at office, Lixian finally could lay her back on the bed. Her warm shower reduced her back pain but of course bed is the best medicine. Her eyes slowly flutter closed, her breathing becomes more even. She is ready to go to her dreamland but someone rings the bell. Whining softly to herself, she gets up from the bed and walk to the front door lazily.

"Xian" Luhan's voice immediately makes her fully wake up. He is standing infront of her, with a smile on his face, looks like a lost kid who found his mother.

"What are you doing here?" She asks, surprise with his sudden presence.

"Can I ask you a favor?"

"What?" Lixian acts like she feels annoyed.

"It's really cold to sleep alone, I need your warm hug" He gives her his eye-smile which melts her heart.

"Come in" She smiles and walks to her bedroom. Luhan was right behind her, following her with smile on his face.

After they step in to her bedroom, without saying a thing, he gives her a backhug, resting his chin on her nape. In the other hand, Lixian just closes her eyes and rests her head back on his chest. She always likes a backhug, it feels warmer and sweeter.

"I love you" His voice is soft, stroking her ear gently. It was followed by his kisses on her nape, kind of tender one, no lust.

"I love you too" Lixian whispers softly as she feels his kisses. But right after she said that, Luhan stops kissing her. He turns her body to face him, and stares into her eyes.

"Tell me again" He smiles softly, can't hide his happiness.

"I love you Han, I still do" Immediately, Luhan places a soft kiss on her lips, sharing the love he has for her, showing her that he's extremely happy to hear that. They kiss with their eyes closed, smiling between the kiss, making the smooching sound continuously because they really like how does it sound when their lips touched each other.

After a while, they broke the kiss, staring softly at each other's eyes. They let the silence rules them, because somehow it gives them comfort and peace, just to stare without saying a thing. Because when no words exchanged, they start to learn how to understand without asking.

Life is easier and happier now, even when they are not in a specific relationship, they still trust each other. They always spend their time together, one night at Lixian's place, one night at Luhan's place, and so on. Lixian never wants anybody notices their closeness, because she will get the hate and trouble. As a kind soon-to-be boyfriend, Luhan supports her with her decision, because he wants the best to her.

Tonight, it was Luhan's house turn. They already sit together on the couch, waiting for Luhan's favorite soccer team's match. Eventhough she hates soccer, she lets him pass this time, because she is in no mood for sex. She feels cold and her body is burning. She isn't really well.

"Hey" Luhan turns his face to her because she makes no sound. He feels scared if she was mad at him, but her face shows no emotion.

"Hm?" She hums as she looks back at him.

Luhan furrows his brows as he puts his arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer. This caused her to snuggle at him, closing her eyes because she feels his warmth.

"What happened to you?" Luhan asks, Lixian could hear worries on his tone.

"Hey" Luhan gives her his full attention as he puts his palm on her forehead, feeling the burning.

"You're not alright, baby, let's get some rest" He is so worry about her, until he unconsciously calls her so. This gives Lixian joy, it was heart-warming.

"I will rest now, you can watch your soccer match, hm?" Lixian smiles softly, convincing him if she was alright getting sleep alone.

"No, I could watch the rerun, don't worry" He talks softly, this melts her heart. A soccer enthusiast like him, giving up the live match of his favorite soccer team, just to look after her, just for her only. This is the first time, and this really gives her a realization: now he really puts her first.

In the morning, Luhan wakes up and checks her temperature. She is well now, but he won't wake her up, no work for her because he feels so worry. In his thought, she needs a rest and she don't need to go for work. But actually, he is the one who need the rest. He was up all night, just to watch her sleep, because he was so worry about her. Last night, he was hugging her all the time, stroking her back to make her comfortable.

It feels so hard to leave her alone, but he needs to go now. He left so many notes for her, he even made a porridge for her, eventhough he wasn't sure how does it taste. All because he cares for her.

It's 9 am, when Lixian wakes up and finds his first note on the night stand. Her smile immediately graces her face, she feels really well as she reads his note.

'Good morning, my sunshine, don't get sick anymore, I'm sad :('

As she gets up and walks to the door, she finds another note on there 'I'm at office, call me when you need something, can't wait to see you :('

"Why so many frowns?" She chuckles as she walks out. There, she finds so many notes, on the lamp, on the couch, on coffee table, and on TV which caught her attention the most. It wasn't a simple note, but it was a long one.

'I was so worry about you last night, it kept giving me pain everytime I heard you whining because your body was aching. If only I could take your sickness away, I'm willing to bear it with my own body. You're my sunshine, Xian, when the sunshine was sick, my whole world turns dark, so be healthy'

She is so speechless and she feels an urge to cry because his note was so beautiful. Somehow, it makes her feel guilty for being sick infront of him. She feels touched with everything he has done for her this morning. Notes and even a breakfast for her. All moved her heart, this extremely sweet.

She is eating the porridge that he made now, it's tasteless, but it doesn't matter because what matter is his effort. She is smiling at the porridge when suddenly she hears the bell rang. She immediately walks to the front door, because she knows it must be him, he is full of surprise.

She opens the door, ready to welcome him with her smile, when suddenly she sees a woman infront of her. She furrows her brows and her smile disappears. This is far from what she expects. This woman infront of her has the same expression as her, that woman's smile disappears as she sees Lixian.

"Mom, who is she?" A cute voice cuts Lixian's thought. She turns her sight to a kid who holds hand with that woman. Right after she sees him, she knows who is he, and who is she.

It's Jia.
