GMW One-Shot/ Riarkle

Riley's POV

I sat on the bay window looking at the gloomy weather. "What's wrong Riley?" Maya asked me. "I got a feeling." "What's the feeling?" Farkle asked me. "An, unexplained feeling." I told them. I got up and went downstairs with the rest of the gang following.

"And where do you think your going?" Lucas asked me as I grabbed my jacket. "Out." "But it's raining outside!" Farkle exclaimed. I smiled. "Perfect." I closed the door and slipped my jacket on. I went to Central Park and sat on a bench. I looked out into the trees and people walking around them. I smiled at the sight of young children filled with innocence and wonder.

Suddenly, everything stopped.
Life around me stopped as everyone stood still while I wondered what's going on. Soon enough, sirens were heard. Everyone scurried 'round trying to get to their cars and carrying their children.

I wondered what was happening at the sight of police cars showing up. They all had megaphones and announced.

"People of New York! We are currently under a tornado warning! Please go home and be safe! Thank you."

Tornado? Maybe that was the feeling. I stood up from my bench and walked around seeing everyone in panic. I tried to calm them all down and say that it'll be alright and they just need to set an example for their children.

Many responses I got was "How do you know and Why should I take advice from a child?" I didn't take much offense to their comments since stress and panic bring the worst out of everyone.

"Riley!" A voice called my name. I looked back seeing Farkle. "What are you doing here?!" I asked him. "I should say the same about you! Your out in the rain!" Farkle said. "With a coat!" "That doesn't matter! Come on, we need to go." He said grabbing my arm. I shot my arm back. "No, all these people need my help. I can't just let them run like this."

"But you can take care of yourself. Riley, we need to go." He said once again. I looked back. I saw the tornado getting closer and closer. I turned forwards and saw Farkle starting to walk back home. I followed him. "Farkle?" I asked him with worry in my voice. No answer. "Farkle??" I asked with more stern in my voice.

"FARKLE!" I exclaimed before feeling air behind me. I tried to run as fast as I can. Before I know it I'm only the ground from a strong wind force.

"RILEY!"
