Kit's POV

I'm going to do it. I'm going to tell Jax that I like him. It's been about a month since him and Bianca broke up. I think that's enough time. I looked to my right and saw Jax walk in. "Hey Kit!" He smiled. "Hi, ready to work on the new song today?"

He nodded and sat down next to me. "Totally." "Well, let's get started." We both smiled and began working.

I looked at Jax. We finished the song in record time and he was packing up. I mentally prepared myself. "Hey Jax? Can I talk to you?" I asked him. He nodded. "Sure Kit, what's up?" I took a deep breath. "Ever since that day where we first met I felt we had a connection."

"When we had the song battle and when you found out I was DJ Diamond Mind, that gut feeling became true. I know we haven't know each other for long but we've gone through so much that, I finally have the courage to say this. Jackson, I like you. I really do and I hope you like me too. But, it totally is fine if you don't! I mean I would be pretty devastated and I'll probably cry which is what I haven't done in a while and--"

"Kit!"

I looked up. "Yeah?"

"You're... adorable."

"W-why?"

"Because, you finally had the guts to tell me."

"Tell you what?"

"That you like me. Ever since the song battle I always have. Well actually, it started when you made that killer track on your phone. I just finally realized it when we had the song battle. And taking that picture of the letter from your adoptive parents might just be the greatest thing I've ever done." He said.

"Why?" I asked him. "Because that very moment when you hugged me, I knew that we had a spark, which means.. I can do this." He said. He gave me a kiss on the lips. We pulled away shortly afterwards.

I blushed. "Ooh, you have it bad don't cha?" He smirked. "Uhh.." "I'm only teasing." I chuckled. "If you like me then why did you date Bianca?" "Because I knew you didn't like me back when you started getting angry at me so I dated her to try and push my feelings for you away. Turned out it didn't work and her falling for some pretty boy might be the best thing that ever happened to me. Well, besides kissing you." He smiled.

"Thanks Jax. You're a great--"

"Boyfriend?"

I nodded and smiled. "Sure, boyfriend."
