The Sun rose up announcing arrival of new beginnings. Soon the noise of horns, chattering of people and chirping of birds started erupting and the atmosphere became lively again. The tender ray of sunshine passed through certain window crack and casted upon face of a man making it look shiny in the mirror.

The said man was in hurry, as it is also new beginning for him. His first day at new job. He was tying his tie and fixing his collar while looking in the mirror. He then grabbed the watch from nightstand and put it on his wrist. He again checked his attire in the mirror and made his way out of his apartment while taking his bag with him.

As he was on his way to the college, he felt so nervous. Not like it was his first job! He worked as a professor in previous college too but working in new environment was different. He has too many insecurities in his mind but he shrugged them off because he believed in himself and tried to cheer up.

As he reached to the college, he took a look at his surrounding. The college campus was very big. The buildings were huge and there was a big football stadium besides the garden. The students were roaming around with their friends while some students were parking their expensive cars. 

The professor wasn't amazed by the surrounding because he knew that it is the top college in the country and the kids of riches also goes to the same college. He checked his time and made his way to the principal's office, for which it took him 15 minutes because the corridors inside the building were like fucking maze.

"Ah come in, Mr. Nile Woods." The principal said and the professor made his way towards the chair in front of principal's desk. "It's nice to finally meet you, Mr. Woods. Are you ready to start your work?" the principal asked guessing the nervousness of the professor. 

"Yes Sir. I am ready to start my work from today onwards and I assure you that I won't disappoint you. I will work hard." Nile said and bowed in front of the principal. "Alright Mr. Woods. I hope you keep your words. Good luck for your first day." The principal said while chuckling a little and moved his hand forward for a handshake. Nile accepted the handshake and made his way towards his office to look for his schedule.

Ring Ring

soon the ring went off and the usual commotion in the corridor turned into deep silence. Nile made his way to his class. He looked at the class number which matched with the number written on the slate hanging on the wall. He made his way inside the classroom and soon was greeted by students. 

"Hello class, I am professor Nile Woods and I am going to teach you English Literature. I hope we will get along very well. So as I introduced you myself, i would like to know you guys too so please introduce yourself one by one line wise." The professor said and soon the class was filled with laughter and claps when everyone started introducing themselves in funny ways.

"My name is Ash and I would like to eat nachos forever in my life." 

"Then you should work hard and try to earn money to buy nachos everyday." Nile said and and the said student smiled and sat on the bench.

"Hi, I am Nick and I loves to repair digital devices. If you find fault in your laptop, then let me know. I'll do it for free." Another student said making everyone laugh. 

"Sure I will. But i will pay you for your hard work. I don't accept free services after all. So next." The teacher looked at the student sitting beside Nick. He stood up and everyone was looking at him. 

"I am Josh. I am a rapper." The boy named josh said without any interest and sat back on his bench, not letting the professor ask more questions to him. Nile shrugged him off and remaining students started introducing themselves. Soon the day ended and the professor made his way back home.
