'Jimin, I bet you hear everything already. I'm sorry to keep the truth away from you all these years, I'm sorry to send you abroad when you want to bring this to court, I'm sorry for everything that I have done to you, for the pain and the scars. Though it's too late now, but this is the least I can do to stop my wife to hurt you and your wife even more. I know I have no right to ask forgiveness but still, this old man wants to shamelessly beg for one. Jimin, in three days, I'm going to move out from Seoul to Queenstown and probably not going to return anytime soon. It just slips as Jimin reaches the end of his father's text message. The same apology but it hits differently. He doesn't know how to handle it and right now he starts to lose an understanding of his own feeling. He is in a great confusion. Actually, he wants to ignore and pretend like nothing happen, yet in reality, it's the only thing that he thinks about and the reason why he becomes this anxious. A sigh leaves his lips before he once again curses out of frustration. It really bothers him to the point where his heart thumps hard and makes his head hurt. He is desperate to get rid of his thought and his feeling but he just drowns deeper. He breaths out heavily as he stares at his phone screen and rereads everything. As he reaches the last words, he suddenly hears his heart cracks and he chokes on tears. Tear drops on his face but he quickly wipes it away as he doesn't want to admit that he is affected by his father's words. He is in a complete denial.

In the other hand, Seulgi is taking her shower and soon enough she is finished. After she puts on her kimono robe, she gets out from the bathroom and immediately sees that Jimin is busy with his thought until he is not aware of her presence. She slowly approaches him and softly touches his shoulder. He is a little bit taken aback but he instantly gives her a sweet smile. It looks unnatural. She understands why and she doesn't even question him. She only returns his smile and he places a peck on her cheek before he hugs her tightly and tells her how much he loves her. She realizes how he tries to not bring up the conversation about that news and keeps distracting her and his own self from it. This is his decision and she needs to play along with him.

"I love you too" Seulgi whispers warmly.

Jimin secretly sighs but Seulgi catches it. She slowly moves her hands to his waist and embraces him. She snuggles closer to his chest and hears how his heart beats faster than usual. She is worried and her mind is kind of blank right now so she is not sure what she needs to do. In the end, she just strokes his back gently as she whispers comforting words. For a while, he stays silent but then shortly after that, he starts to open up. He shows her his father's text message and watches her as she reads it. She looks surprised and it's so obvious that she gets stressed because of it. Once she is done, she turns her face to him and gazes deeply into his eyes, trying to find an unspoken feeling. Confusion, sadness and frustration. Everything is so clear and evident. She proceeds to reach out her hand to caress his cheek, but suddenly he grabs that hand and pulls her to his embrace. There is no space between them and she gets flustered by his sudden action.

"Jim, what---"

Seulgi is not able to finish her words as Jimin takes her waist and leans his face to unexpectedly kiss her lips. He impatiently nibbles and smooches her lower lips as he makes her more confused with the sudden change of the mood. At first she only petrifies but she starts responding when he touches and caresses her waist softly. She kisses him back as she cups his face and strokes his jawline with her finger. For a while they are both lost in each other's lips until he decides to pauses and looks into her eyes.

"Seul, though it's temporarily, please help me to forget about everything" Jimin begs, his voice sounds miserable and desperate yet seductive at the same time.

Seulgi nods without hesitation as she immediately gives in under his delicate touch. Jimin doesn't hold back anymore. He tilts his face to unite their lips once again and has a steamy make out with her. Tongues erotically play as hands naughtily fondle every sensitive part of each other's body. She lets out a sensual soft moan and gasps lewdly when he breaks the kiss and trails his lips along her jaw to her neck. He gives her a lot of wet pecks as his fingers slowly loosens her kimono knot and lets the robe off of her shoulder. It lands on the floor and leaves her with nothing but skin. He stares at her and she shivers under his gaze. She blushes slightly but she hides it well as she plants kisses on his neck and at the same time she helps him to remove his clothes. Then, after that, there is only moan and groan that fill the room as they both uncontrollably sink in ecstasy. They make love for hours and lose count of how many times they reach their pleasure but, they both know despite their body enjoy the sex, their mind and their thought are distracted by something else.

It keeps going like that until the next day. Jimin and Seulgi wake up in the morning, have sex in the shower, go swimming, make out in the pool, have sex in the small kitchen, grab something to eat, then stay inside the master bedroom and spend the rest of their day making love. It's a typical honeymoon but their focus is not there. They try to ignore a heavy feeling inside their heart but it shows through their body language. It's suffocating and slowly becoming toxic. They have hard time to fall asleep at night and they decide to sit on the edge of deck to stargaze and talk.

"Seul, I don't think I'm fine---" Jimin stops to sigh "---It keeps bothering me, my father is going to leave me" He states weakly.

Seulgi bites her lips. It's really sad to hear. All this time, Jimin acts all tough and mean just to hide his fragile hunger that craves for his father's love and attention. All these years, he buries it deep in the darkest place inside his heart til he almost forgets its existence. He denies and keeps denying but a farewell really triggers him. He resents his father but there is a little part that sincerely values and cares for him. Right now, that fraction is overwhelmingly taking over him.

"Seul, I don't mean to ruin our honeymoon but I think I'm going have a permanent regret if I don't see my father one last time, let's go home, hm?" Jimin's voice cracks as he starts to plead.

"Hm,---" Seulgi slightly nods before she pulls Jimin into her embrace and whispers on his ear "---good job Jim, I'm proud of you" She says as she pats his back softly.

Seulgi appreciates Jimin's choice. It's not easy to swallow his pride and throw away his ego to be the one who approaches his father first but he still does regardless. She respects him for this decision and believes he is going to grow more in the future. In the other hand, Jimin is really grateful that he has a wife like Seulgi. He is sure that she must be upset but she still understands his situation and genuinely supports his decision. She gets his back, as always, and he can't ask for more. He is so thankful that he has her in his life.

"Thank you so much"

A call has been made to grandma. Jimin talks to her personally. He tells her about his big decision to go back earlier than plan and the reason behind it. It's something that grandma never expects to hear and it makes her completely speechless. He then asks for help to rearrange everything so he could return to Seoul as soon as possible before his father's flight and grandma immediately orders Mr. Kim, her personal assistant to organize it. Lastly, he opens up about his feeling. He speaks up about how upset and disappointed he is with the past but he also makes a statement that he is going to try to forgive it and move on. Afterwards, he says sorry for his attitude days ago and apologizes because he already makes her worry. Grandma loses all her words. That really means so much for grandma and it makes her tearing down as she is so grateful for what he says.

"Grandma, now I'm alright, so please don't worry too much" Jimin convinces his grandma but she just keeps crying.

"Please don't cry, let's leave everything and have a new beginning" Jimin speaks just to hear his grandma breaks down uncontrollably till her personal assistant needs to take over the call.

"Doryeonim, I'm sorry to interrupt but Mrs. Park is not in a condition to continue the conversation---" Mr. Kim formally speaks "---I'll get everything ready and I'll inform you the detail soon" Mr. Kim says before he ends the call politely.

Thereafter, Jimin stands on his spot and suddenly he is so relieved. Everything just feels right. He surely has trouble to understand his own self before but now he realizes that resentment doesn't bring him anywhere. The moment he makes the decision, he already lets go everything behind with a vision of a new beginning. He always thinks that he is broken forever and his hatred is thicker than blood, but he is wrong all this time. There is an unexplainable bond between him and his father. It's not visible but it's existed. It's not strong but it unfathomably lives in every breath he takes. In the end of the day, he is just a son that has love and admiration for his father.

Detail is being sent and everything is settled. Jimin and Seulgi immediately pack their things in hurry as they need to catch their flight to Seoul. Once there is nothing left, he takes her hand and holds it tight then leads her out from their water resort. Start from there to Soneva Airport to Velana International Airport, they finally board on a plane. This time they fly with one of the commercial airline as it's faster than waiting for their private jet to arrive there. Shortly, the plane takes off and brings them home.

Inside the first class' private suite, Jimin and Seulgi lie down and rest on the cottony bed. She faces and stares at him then she sees how nervous and anxious he is. She is aware, he must be feel scared and feared that he will be late and lose his chance to say goodbye to his father. She slowly reaches out her hand and caresses his hair gently. She loves him so much and it concerns her to witness him like this. She looks up at him and locks eyes with him. She gives a supporting smile afterwards she comes closer and places a short yet sweet kiss on his lips.

"Everything's going to be alright, we're going to make it" Seulgi softly whispers.

Jimin nods slightly and pulls her into his embrace. It's warm and comfortable. He closes his eyes and not long after that he falls asleep. Throughout his sleep, she keeps her eyes on him, watches and puts her attention on him. Even though he is deep into his slumber, cold sweat breaks as once in a while, he trembles and flinches. She swears, she can feel his anxiety and it affects her greatly. She is now uneasy and restless but she convinces herself that it's going to pass soon. At last, she just closes her eyes and tries to fall asleep. Half an hour later, she finally drowns into her dream.

The moment Jimin and Seulgi wake up, the flight is only two hours away from Seoul. They take their time to have shower, get ready and prepare themselves until eventually the plane is landed at Gimpo International airport. Right from there up to when they wait for their luggage, Jimin keeps checking and glancing at his wristwatch. From Mr. Kim's information, his father is already inside the airport's VIP lounge and now he is nervous because he doesn't have that much time left. Once they get all of their belonging, they rush there and seconds later they start running. All eyes on them but they ignore anybody who stares openly and puts interest in them. Fortunately no one blocks their way and in no time they are in front of the VIP lounge.

There are familiar faces near the closed door. Start from his father's and his stepmother's personal assistant to the mansion's butler to some of their staff. Everybody is present to give their farewell. They talk and chat with each other until his father's personal assistant makes an eye contact with Jimin and Seulgi. He is surprised to see the newly wed couple there but immediately approaches them to bow politely and help them with the luggage. The others are also shocked yet they just follow behind to give a greeting..

"Doryeonim, your father is inside" The butler tells as he shows the way.

No one questions about their sudden appearance as a respect to their privacy. Right in front of the door, Jimin halts as he has a moment to take a deep breath. Seulgi just quietly holds his hand to show support and she gets a slight smile from him. She returns the smile and the next second they enter the lounge together. In the other hand, Junjin doesn't even budge to look as he thinks it's his personal assistant who comes in. He just keeps staring at his phone as he wishes for a text message from his son. He knows that he deserves the ignorance but he still sighs as he needs to swallow a very bitter disappointment.

"Oh? Jimin hyung, Seulgi noona" Junhoe is the first one who sees them.

In a heartbeat, Junjin turns his face and there he meets pair of his son's eyes. He is completely taken aback and has a hard time to believe his own sight. Instantly, he stands up from his seat and takes step forward until he reaches his son's place. He slightly catches his daughter in law's little encouraging smile before he fully looks into his son's face. He tries to talk but he loses his words as a wave of emotion hits his heart. He almost cries but he holds back his tears. This reality is too good to be true and even gratitude is not enough to define it.

"Son" Junjin manages to call.

Jimin's heart skips a beat then melts voluntarily when he catches that. He is so thankful that he is not late and still has a chance to hear his father's voice like this. Though he is speechless and says nothing, he lifts his chin up and stares at his father's face. He sees remorse and sorrow in his father's eyes and truthfully it hurts. He sinks there for a while and all of sudden he starts to reflect and think. So many seasons have passed in front of his eyes as he celebrates on hating his father. Too many moments have gone as he stubbornly keeps resenting his father. He regrets it. He really regrets it all.

"Father, we will visit you in Queenstown very soon" Jimin says.

It's a simple statement but an impactful one. Jimin sounds sincere and honest with his word. He slightly smiles and his genuine gesture reaches his father's heart. He sees tears build up on his father's eyes and this time he knows it's true and honest. This is it. What's past is past. Start from this point he is going to leave his torment and scar behind and move forward. Little by little, he is going to learn how to let go and release his ill feeling. He refuses to feed up his old pain and bravely decides to be free. This is a crossroad, a turning point of his life. He is proud of himself.

"Father, always remember there is someone in Seoul who cares for you and wishes you nothing but the best in life" Jimin tells as he watches his father wipes away a single tear that falls from his eyes hastily

"Everything is alright now" Jimin continues as he glances at Seulgi who smiles all the time.

"Father, please live a happy life because that's the only way you'll get my forgiveness" Jimin states.

"Jimin, thank you and sorry for everything, I---" Junjin is not able to finish his sentence as he is so relieved, grateful and ashamed at the same time.

"Father, it's okay, I understand---" Jimin speaks but suddenly he gets cuts as his father's personal assistant enters and informs about the departure time. He immediately stares at his father's face as he tries to capture every little detail there, his wrinkles and his grey hairs, then keeps it deep within his memories

"---I think for now I need to say goodbye, farewell my father" Jimin bows politely. Seulgi does the same and convinces her father in law that they will come to Queenstown as soon as possible.

Right after everybody leaves the VIP lounge, Seulgi turns her face to Jimin, looks up and gazes warmly. She smiles softly at him as she squeezes his hand and says.

"All is well"
