I Think I Love You~Vince Neil

httpsKlaus I hope you like it!☺️

Working as a waitress had its ups and downs.

It all started after graduating from high school. You began to look around at the few colleges that were in your area. After searching for a couple of weeks, you soon decided to attend a local community college because the university you had planned on going to was too expensive and over your spending budget. Soon after enrolling, you continued to work as cashier at a drugstore that was near your house. Things seem to be going well until you boss, him being the inconsiderate jerk that he was, fired you for no specific reason.

You then began to look for a new job. Moving your search from the suburbs to the city, you soon picked up a job at a small diner where you now worked as a part time waitress.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was late into evening and the dinner rush thankfully had died down. You were sitting at one of the booths towards the back of the restaurant with your forehead rested on your crossed arms. Tonight had been the busiest and most grueling nights you had ever worked. From the moment you had clocked in your were pulled into a chaotic whirlwind of taking and serving multiple orders for the people in the diner. After an exhausting three hour rush, your boss let you take a break. The diner was now quiet except for the sound of your coworkers talking in the kitchen and a few customers seated in the front of the restaurant. You sat up slightly and rubbed your tired eyes. Looking at your watch, a faint smile spread across your face as you realized your shift was almost over.
"An hour and a half... I'm almost done." You closed your eyes and yawned. You laid the side of your head against your left arm.
Just as you were beginning to relax, you looked out one of the diner's side windows and noticed four young guys walking towards the diner. You let out a long depressed groan as you slowly scooted out of your booth. You walked back around the tall counter and folded your arms on the counter as you watch the young men come closer to the diner.
In the back of your mind, you knew it wasn't going to be easy dealing with these guys. You could hear their laughter get louder and louder as they were now opening the door. The crooked smile you had forced onto your tired face, it immediately dropped when the atmosphere turned from calm to crazy in a matter of seconds. You eyes scanned over each of them as they took a at one of the tables in the back. You weren't going to lie, aside from the noisy, rambunctious behavior they were very handsome. Especially the blonde one. The few customers that were still there gave the young guys dirty looks before leaving their tables. One by one you watched them leave. Smoothing the wrinkles out the skirt of your pastel blue dress and white apron, you grabbed four menus and headed towards leather-clad boys table.
They didn't notice you standing next to their booth until one of the three dark haired guys, who seemed to have a reserved yet friendly attitude, looked at you and smiled. The rest of the boys stopped their chattering and turned their attention to you.
"Hello my name is (Y/N). How are you guys doing this evening?" You say while placing their menus in front of them.
"We're doing great, thanks for asking." The blonde one said with a wide grin. His brown eyes were subtly looking you over.
"You're welcome. What can I get you drink?" You smiled shyly.
You tried your best to suppress a yawn as you wrote down their orders.
"Do you guys need some time to look over menu?" You asked while turning to a new page in your notepad.
"Yeah, that would be great." The tallest of the guys said.
"Alright, I'll check on you in a little bit. Your drinks will be out shortly too." You said while giving them a tired but cheerful smile.
"Thanks honey." The blonde smirked playfully.
Your (E/C) eyes lingered on him, but you quickly looked away and blushed as his pretty eyes met yours. Sauntering away from their table, you walked into the kitchen, and told the other staff members that there were four people who came in as you filled four glass cups with different sodas.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"She's cute isn't she." Nikki smirked.

"She totally is dude." Tommy said while looking at his menu.

"I like a girl who has a personality like hers." Mick smiled.

Vince tried to concentrate on his own menu, but he couldn't. For some odd reason, listening to his friends talk about you was making him jealous. He put his elbow on the table and leaned his head against the palm of his hand. Vince zoned out somewhat as he thought of you. Even though you were exhausted you still kept a smile on your beautiful face, and had a kind personality. You were someone that he'd definitely want to date. Vince was pulled from his thoughts by the sound of silent giggles and snickers. He looked up from his menu to see Nikki, Mick, and Tommy smiling at him.

"What?" Vince asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"Vince you never answered my question. On a scale of one to ten, how do rate our hot waitress?" Mick said while laughing as he watched Vince's cheeks turn pink.

"Um... I'd say she's a ten." He said while never making eye contact with any of them.

"Elaborate." Nikki chuckled, loving every minute of the situation that Vince was in.

"Well, she's beautiful and has a sweet personality. I'm sure she has a great sense of humor-." Vince abruptly stopped talking as he stared at Mick, Tommy, and Nikki with wide eyes. His whole face was scarlet.

All of them, except for poor Vince, had thrilled and shocked as they exchanged excited looks with each other. They could tell that Vince had quickly taken a liking to you, but they didn't know he had already developed feelings for you.

"Dude when she-." Nikki stopped talking when he seen you walking up to their table.

"Here are your drinks. Have all of you decided on what you'd like to get?" You asked.

"Yes we have, but Vince here would like to order first." Tommy said as he pointed his finger at Vince while biting his bottom lip, trying his best to not laugh.

Vince quickly gave Tommy an unamused look before turning his attention to you. Nikki and Mick hid their grinning faces in their hands as they tried not to laugh as well.

You furrowed your brows slightly at their overjoyed behavior, but you decided to brush it off.

After taking their orders back into the kitchen, you began to clean and wipe down the dirty tables and booths as you waited for their orders to be made. It was passed closing now, and you were in zombie mode right now because you were so tired. You sat at one of the clean booths, and slumped your upper half on the table.

"Lord give me the strength to not passed out. These guys had to come in here right now, why couldn't they have come earlier today." You quietly mumbled while closing your eyes.

"As I was saying, I really think you should talk to her after we pay for everything." Nikki said.

"That's a good idea Nikki." Mick nodded.

"I hope you guys aren't being serious." Vince rolled his eyes before placing his forehead on his hand.

"We are serious man, you need to talk to her or else I will." Tommy said after drinking his some of his soda.

Vince sat up immediately and looked at Tommy, who was smiling from ear to ear, before looking at Nikki and Mick who were grinning too.

"I give up. Okay I'll talk to her." Vince sighed in defeat.

"Alright Vince!" Nikki laughed as he happily patted Vince's shoulder.

*Time skip*

"I hope you guys enjoyed everything." You said while collecting their empty plates and cups. "I'll be right back with your bill."

All eyes were on Vince now. He was debating on whether or not he should ask you out on a date. Vince was nervously squeezing his hands under the table when he saw you walking up to their table with the bill in your hand.

"You can do it Vince!" Mick whispered as he took his wallet out.

"Here you go, I hope all of you have a good night." You smiled while placing the small paper on the table.

"Thank you. We're sorry for coming in so late." Mick said while handing you the money for the bill.

"Don't worry about that it's alright. I'm glad you guys had a good time." You giggled tiredly as you took the money.

Walking back around the counter, you opened the cash register and put the money into it. You failed to notice that someone was leaning on the counter because you were still looking down as you were now counting the money in the cash register.

Sensing an unknown presence by you, you looked up only to see the blonde haired man, well Vince as his friends called him, standing there with a small smile on his face. You began to get a little nervous, but you managed to smile back at him.

"Is there anything I help you with?" You asked.

"Um... Well I was kind of wondering if... you would be interested in going on a date with me? You don't have to if you don't want to. I was just wonder-."

"Well, actually... I would like too. From what I've seen so far I think you're a nice person, and I think cute." You sweetly smiled and blushed which made Vince's face reddened as a confident smile bloomed on his face.

"Really? I can honestly say the same thing for you too. What's your name by the way?" He said.

"I'm (Y/N). And you are?" You asked politely.

"I'm Vince." He smiled.

Just as you were going to say something else, your manager walked up to you and said that you could go home, and to not worry about counting the cash register.

Vince looked over his shoulder to see Nikki, Tommy and Mick grinning proudly at him like the Cheshire cat. He smiled back and gave them a thumbs up.

You walked away to get your jacket and purse. When you came back to the front of the diner, you saw that Vince was sitting with his friends again. You walked over to him.

"It was nice meeting Vince. I can't wait until we see each other again. I hope you all have a wonderful night." You said while smiling at Vince and friends.

"Oh! I almost forgot. We have something give you." Nikki said. He held out his hand as Mick, Vince and Tommy each put twenty dollars in his hand, Nikki doing as well.

Nikki smiled and handed you the money. You were shocked by what they had just done; it was the kindest thing that someone had done for you in a long time. You smiled happily and gently took the money from Nikki as a few tears formed in your eyes.

"Thank you so much! I really mean it." You said while trying hide your the fact that you were going to cry happy tears.

"You're welcome. We figured that since we kept you here longer when you could have gone home sooner that we could make it up to you by doing this." Tommy said while smiling at you.

"Oh my gosh, that was very sweet for all of you to do this for me. I really appreciate it." You said.

"Well I think it would be fair to let (Y/N) go home now. I think she's had enough for tonight." Vince laughed.

Tommy, Nikki and Mick got up from the booth and headed towards the door, you and Vince followed behind them. Vince walked with you to your car as the rest of guys walked further down the sidewalk to give the two of you some privacy.

"Thank you again for giving me the money. Tell your friends that I said thank you." You said.

"No problem, I'm glad we could help." Vince said while putting his hands in his coat pockets.

"So... When would like to go out?" He shyly asked.

"I have Friday off this week. We can do something then." You said while looking at him. You opened your purse and took out a small piece of paper and a pen.

"Sounds great. Maybe we can go see a movie." Vince smiled.

"Okay, there's a few good movies still at theater that I wanted to see. Here's my number, we can meet up later and plan more ideas for Friday." You grinned as you handed the paper to Vince. He put it in his pocket.

You felt butterflies in your stomach; never before had you ever been asked to go out on a date with someone, let alone giving them your phone number.

"You know Vince, you're the first guy to ever ask me out." You admitted shyly while at the ground every now and then.

"Really? You're the first girl that I've actually been happy to get to know. I'm really glad that you want to go out with me." He said, taking a few steps towards you. He put his hand on your cheek and brought your face up to meet his. Your cheeks were pink as you noticed his face was close to yours.

"It's getting late Vince... I think I'm going to go home now."   You said in a hushed voice.

"Before you go (Y/N), there is one more thing I want to tell you." Vince said.

"What is it." You asked.

Vince moved closer until his lips were on yours. You inhaled quickly, but you kissed him back. He wrapped his arms around your waist and brought you closer to him, as you placed your hands on his shoulders. Vince slowly pulled away and kissed your cheek, his hands were still on your hips.

"I love (Y/N)." Vince smiled.

"I love you too Vince." You smiled as well.
