"I like the pigtails," Lauren commented, sitting up. Camila stood in the doorway, paralyzed with fear. "You look cute,"
Camila let out a squeak, before clenching her fists. "Excuse me,"
"O...kay?" Lauren said, confused. Camila ran into the bathroom and ripped open the shower curtain. Catalina jumped back in fear.
"What the fuck?" she squealed, trying to cover up her body. "I'm naked!"
"Shut up, you naked is me naked, it's not like I haven't seen it before," Camila said, anger in her voice. "I have a bunch of things I need to talk about with you,"
Catalina was hiding behind the shower curtain, water and shampoo suds dripping off her hair. "Good to see you too, Cami,"
"First off, why didn't you tell me that you were moving back home? And second, why didn't you tell me you were bringing her home?" Camila pointed at the door, eyebrows scrunching together. "Why is she here?"
Catalina stared blankly at her sister. "Because she's my best friend? And she's going to be living with us while we film our new TV show?"
"What TV show?" Camila asked, frowning panicked. Catalina shook out her hair, before stepping out of the shower and tying a towel around her body.
"Give me like five minutes, Lauren and I can explain it to you when I get changed,"
"Fine," Camila grumbled. She shut the bathroom door behind her. Lauren gave her an uneasy and awkward smile from the bed. Camila blushed and smiled back.
"Alright, let's talk," Catalina announced, jumping on her bed next to Lauren. Camila pulled her knees to her chest, putting her hair in a ponytail and pushing her glasses up. She felt awkward, and embarrassed. The last place she wanted to be was in her room at eleven thirty at night, with her twin sister and crush, the day before school started.
"So..." Camila coughed awkwardly. Catalina flipped her hair to one side, accidentally hitting Lauren with it, making the green eyed girl flinch.
"So," Catalina repeated. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner that Stevie ended. It's been a hectic couple of months,"
Camila shrugged. "It's okay. I get it,"
"And about this new show," Catalina's eyes lit up. "It's for Freeform, and it's about two undercover teenage cops, but with a twist,"
"There's always a twist," Lauren said boredly.
"They're witches," Catalina smiled widely, waiting for Camila's reaction. Camila forced a grin.
"Oh... so it's 21 Jump Street meets Sabrina the Teenage Witch?" she asked.
"It's exactly like that," Lauren said.
"No not really," Catalina pursed her lips. "Like, the girls fight the criminals that are also creatures like vampires and goblins and stuff,"
Camila nodded, trying to look happy for her sister. "Awesome,"
"And the best part is, I can work from home!" Catalina said excitedly. "The studio is really close to our house, and the show takes place in Miami so I don't have to live in LA anymore,"
"And we're doing this thing where we go to school on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and do schoolwork on set on Tuesday and Thursday in between filming," Lauren said. Camila felt herself go pale.
"Y-you're coming to school too?" Lauren nodded.
"It's going to be so weird, I haven't been to actual school since the fifth grade," Lauren smiled to herself.
"This is so great!" Catalina squealed. "My best friend and my twin sister and me, all starting our senior year together!"
Camila was smiling but her eyes were screaming. Senior year was hard as it is with college applications. Having her superstar twin sister and equally-as-famous crush as classmates was going to make Camila's year so much worse.

"All I'm saying is that-"
"All I'm saying is that what Mako and Korra had was a relationship filled with arguments and cheating. Even before they started dating, Mako treated Korra badly. That's not the relationship you want to strive for, Sofi," Andres told his little sister. Sofia huffed.
"But Mako's cute,"
"And Asami is hot. That relationship is a healthier one,"
"I agree with Andres," Lauren piped up, taking a bite of a muffin. Camila and Catalina looked up, curious to what she was about to say.
Sofia looked up at Lauren in awe. "You watch Legend of Korra?"
"Who doesn't?" Lauren smirked. "I thought it was great,"
"I remember watching the series finale at midnight with Camila," Andres commented. "She screamed when Korrasami was confirmed,"
"Shut up, you screamed louder," Camila flicked her spoon at Andres. "And then you texted all your friends about it,"
"A show meant for children made a same sex biracial couple canon, why would I not tell all my friends about that?" Andres asked. Lauren looked at him, impressed.
"I like how you think, Cabello," she grinned. Andres smirked. They fist bumped.
"You guys are weird," Catalina rolled her eyes, before chuckling.
"Camz, what did you think about the whole thing?" Lauren asked Camila. Camila looked up, startled that Lauren was talking to her.
"About what?" Camila asked, voice sounded harsh (even though she didn't mean it to sound like that).
"Legend of Korra. That ending was in my top ten,"
"Oh my god, she wouldn't shut up for weeks," Andres laughed. "She's one of the biggest Korrasami shippers,"
"Same," Lauren grinned. "If they ever did a live action movie or series, I would love to play Asami, but it would kind of be weird because I feel like she should be Asian,"
"Camila has this huge crush on the girl who voices her," Andres smirked. Camila blushes, cursing her brother under her breath.
"Seychelle Gabriel?" Lauren asked. Andres nodded. "What a sweet girl. I met her a couple times, she's really pretty,"
"Ugh, tell me about it," Andres leaned back in his chair, putting his arms behind his head. "I love talking to girls who love girls as much as I do. Like, talking to Cami about them is great, but now I have you too! What a bro,"
Lauren giggled. "Thanks, bro,"

"Shotgun!" Andres called, running to Camila's truck.
"No way, you're the youngest!" Catalina called after him. Camila climbed into the driver's seat.
"How about the guest sits in shotgun?" she requested quietly.
"Oh, I agree with that," Lauren smirked, glancing at Camila. She blushed.
Andres huffed. "Well the front seat is a three seater. I should get the other one,"
"No, that's where Ally sits." Camila piped up.
"Oh please, Ally's so small she could sit on my lap,"
"Let's not," Catalina cringed. "Andres, just sit in the back with me,"
Andres grumbled, before sliding into the back seat. Lauren buckled herself next to Camila, the latter letting out a nervous sigh.
Ally hopped into the car bright and chipper as always. She jumped over Lauren, startling the green eyed girl. The little ball of sunshine completely disregarded the two celebrities in the truck.
"Here's your nonfat no foam caramel macchiato with extra caramel and stirred, courtesy of one Jerry Hernandez," she said happily, holding several coffee cups.
"You brought that for Camila?" Catalina asked, shocked.
"No, I brought this for Andres," Ally said simply. She handed the cup to the smiling boy. "Happy first day of junior year! It was the worst year of my life so enjoy!"
"Thank you, Al, you're the best!" he said cheerfully. Ally then turned to Camila.
"Your caffe mocha, Miss," she said in a fake British accent.
"Why thank you, Madame," Camila said back, before the two girls giggled. Ally then handed Lauren and Catalina the other two cups.
"I didn't know what you liked so I got you a plain latte," Ally smiled at Catalina. "And I didn't know you were going to be here so you can have mine. Hi, Lauren, I'm Ally," she said to Lauren.
Lauren looked at the cup surprised. "Oh, I don't want to take your coffee,"
"I insist," Ally said. "My dad always said a happy day starts with a happy cup of coffee, that's why he makes it for all of us in the morning,"
"That's so nice," Lauren murmured. "Usually I have an assistant do this, thank you,"
"Oh, right, you were home schooled and sheltered," Ally frowned. "You didn't miss out on much. Like tests and SATs are awful, and you probably got drunk with your Hollywood friends, so that covers high school, and the awkward phase everyone has between the ages of 10 and 15 covers middle school,"
"I didn't have an awkward phase,"
Catalina snorted. "L, you were on Barney. That entire stint was your awkward phase,"
Lauren blushed. Ally politely covered her mouth while she giggled, while Andres was full out hollering.
"In the seventh grade, Cat had to wear this headgear when she went to bed for her teeth to straighten out," Camila giggled.
"Holy shit, seriously?" Lauren chuckled.
"She also had a pageboy haircut and these thick rimmed pink glasses," Andres commented.
"Oh my god! I remember that!" Ally laughed. "You definitely peaked early, Cat," she joked.
Catalina blushed. "Alright, guys, enough,"
"Aw, we jest you because we love you," Lauren smiled.
"Oh wait! I forgot to ask you guys, do we ever find out who Stevie's dad is? Since it's the last season and all," Ally asked. Lauren giggled.
"Well... sort of," Catalina smirked. "It was always a running gag on whose her other parent,"
"Right," Ally nodded.
"And it's always been an avoided topic, kind of," Lauren covered her mouth to stop herself from bursting out laughing. "Like if someone were to say, 'Where's your father?' and Stevie would roll her eyes,"
"And it's finally revealed in the last episode," Catalina said. "When Buffy says 'Your mother and I were worried sick,'"
It took a moment for Ally to register what Catalina was saying. "Wait, so-"
"The reason why the father question was so avoided was because she doesn't have a father. She has two moms. Faith and Buffy. Although it was announced in the last episode with no backstory. It was a mess, and to me it seemed like fan service, but whatever,"
"Dang, I liked Angel," Andres sighed.
"I thought it was going to be Spike," Ally commented.
"Did no one like Riley? He was the only human one," Catalina asked.
"No, I like Faith," Lauren and Camila said in harmony. Lauren looked over at her and smiled. Camila blushed. She pulled into the parking lot of the school.
Ally sighed. "Here goes nothing," She hopped over Camila and out the door. Camila turned to her siblings and Lauren.
"Um, Ally and I get out of volleyball practice at 5:30. Same with Andres with football. There's and Dunkin and stuff down the street if you want to go there until we get out,"
"Great! Thanks, Camz," Lauren smiled. If you look closely, you could see the pain in Camila's eyes. She felt like exploding.
Dinah banged on the hood of Camila's truck, startling everyone in it.
"Yo! The celebs are here," Dinah chuckled, pulling Camila out of the car.
"Mani!" Catalina exclaimed, climbing out to hug her old best friend. Andres almost fell out of the car at the mention of the older girl.
"Smooth," Lauren chuckled, watching the boy dust himself off. Andres flipped her off.
"It's so good to see you again!" Catalina gushed. Normani smiled.
"Same here. I missed you so much,"
"Me too," Dinah smiled. She grabbed Camila's hand. "Walz, Smallz, you guys gotta go apply to get the closet for our volleyball shit. The vice principal wanted to speak to all the captains,"
Camila sighed. "Ugh, I hate closets,"
"I mean if any of us were in it for as long as you were we would hate it, too," Ally shrugged, dragging Camila into the school. Dinah followed them.
"Has Camila said anything to you?" Catalina asked Normani. "Anything that were to say that she was upset with me?"
Normani shook her head and shrugged. "Not recently, no,"
Catalina sighed. "Alright,"
Lauren walked over to the two and smiled. "Hi, I'm Lauren,"
"Normani, we've met before,"
"We have?" Lauren raised her eyebrows. Normani nodded. "Oh, awkward. I'm sorry,"
"It's okay," Normani shrugged. "I used to visit the set before from time to time,"
Lauren nodded, blushing from embarrassment. She felt bad that she didn't remember the girl.
Andres rushed up to the trio, out of breath and straightening his clothing. "Normani, hey," he smiled, flustered.
"Hey, Andy," Normani smiled politely. "Have a nice summer?"
Andres blushed, fiddling with his backpack strings. "Yeah, actually-"
"Andres!" a shrilly, high-pitched voice called. The boy flinched.
A group of prissy junior cheerleaders came up to the group. Normani rolled her eyes.
"I'm going to leave before I get sick," she laughed quietly.
"We're right behind you," Catalina smirked. Andres longingly watched Normani leave as the girls swarmed around him.
Catalina swung an arm around Lauren's shoulders. "Well, here's our next challenge. You ready,L?"
"Nope, are you C?"
"Not the slightest. Let's do it,"
