 "JANUIS NO!" I cry out but it was too late, in a flash of f/c light, I was no longer in my outfit. I kept my eyes closed, embarrassed. Tears fell down my face, "What the!?........" Januis questions, "Shadow?!" Chat says to himself.

"No...." Lana trails off, I lift my head up, taking a shaky breath and open my eyes, looking at Lana, Chase, then at Chat. His face, he looks so hurt right now, his ears drooped, along with his tail. "I'm sorry Chat" I break down into a sob, "YOU were the princess the whole ENTIRE TIME?!" Januis paces across the room, then walks back to me, snapping his fingers, making the black ooze dissolve, I fell to the floor, struggling to get up.

"You're her......I'm shocked. The same girl that was the bad girl at school, and that rough and playful vampire hunter that was being hunted herself all of these years, only to be my dainty princess?"he questions, sounding amused.

"I'm....." I get up only to fall down on my knees, I don't feel so good, "I'm not yours to begin with" I slur out, "You never said that on Halloween~," he bends down next to me, "Don't touch me you creep!" I slap his hand away "Princess y/n I believe you're simply confused, but you won't any longer". The door opens, and the tall cloaked figure of Dracula comes in.

The door shuts, "Good job my son. I see you have the princess at hand, servants! Take her!" Dracula says, and a bunch of female vampires in maid uniforms quickly come in. I force myself to get up and try to run to Chat, "Chat!" I reach my hand out for him, he reaches as far as he could, though he was held back by someone "Oh no you don't!" Januis swoops me up, my fingertips brushing past his, "Y/n!!!" "Chat!"

"I SAID I HAVE IT ON NOW WILL YOU LEAVE ME ALONE ABOUT IT!?" I yell, not being happy about being in a dress- a white dress- a wedding dress. I was led back to the library. It looks different? A black carpet, leading up to Januis and his dad behind him, and some lady-I'm assuming Januis' mother, some vampire in a black robe behind a podium, and Chat, Lana and Chase were tied in chairs! There is no music. GOLDEN ARROW WHERE ARE YOU!? If I'm married to Januis, then the whole entire globe will end up in chaos.

I took baby steps, trying to stall for time. I gulp, my heart was racing, and everyone was looking at me. I look at Chat, then kept on taking my time. A distant muffled blood-curdling scream startled me. I gripped the bouquet of red roses in my hands. "Eep!" a force pulled me right into Januis' arms, "Princess, your plan is finished, you lost." Januis smirks. Still though, Januis may have the looks but he's not going to get to me. Januis' mother took the bouquet from me, and Januis gripped my hands, making our fingers interlock.

The guy at the altar clears his throat, "On this beautiful night, we have our future leaders of our kind to lead our pack to more victories. I shall explain our customs into marriage as tradition." he clears his throat again, I look over at Chat as the vampire begins....

"When a vampire chooses his mate, an emerald is usually given. According to vampire law once a wedding ceremony has taken place the two will be together forever and bring more of our kind into this pack. If the vampire's mate is non-vampire, or, you can say, human, then they are to be bitten as entrance to our kind. Since this here is a special wedding of uniting two opposite forces, Y/n, Princess of Hidelington, once this ceremony takes place, you hereby give your consent on behalf of you and your people: that you shall share your territory and authority as one and leave major decisions to your husband. Y/n Princess of Hidelington?!" he yells at the end, startling me, "You are to be married to your mate right in front of you"he says sternly.

I quietly sobbed, Januis turns my face to him, I looked down at our hands. "Januis, the heir to the throne of our people, the vampires, you shall share your territory and authority as one and have the major decisions. Once you are united with this woman and turn her, you shall have the title as our new master and she shall have the title of your mate, the queen. Dracula, do you and the queen understand this? Once you approve of this, you will no longer have this title." the vampire says. "We understand" Dracula and the woman says.

"Alright." the vampire, turns around and takes out a golden goblet that was encrusted with emeralds, and a matching dagger. The vampire places the goblet under our interlocked hands, giving the dagger to Januis. "Januis, you shall cut and let her blood drip into the goblet, and to do the same to your own arm" I look at Januis, "Januis, please! I-I know that we haven't- Please just don't do this! You can't make someone love you! I'm just not the right one!" I say.

He brings the dagger closer to my arm, "Please!Mm!" a pinch on my arm made me bite my lip, and Januis did the same to his arm.

"I'M SORRY CHAT I CAN'T BEAR TO SEE SHADOW LIKE THIS!" a small voice yells, interrupting the service. "PLAGG NO!" Chat stands up, the ropes were cut? PLAGG?! Plagg flew all the way up to the ceiling, "CATACLYSM!!" he yells out and a big hole blasts into the ceiling, the night sky being revealed. We all jumped out of the way of the falling debris, Chat grabs me, and kept me out of danger. As soon as the dust and rubble went away, I looked up again, seeing the sky was a bit light, through the branches and leaves of the trees, it's about to be sunrise! We were all here that long?! It doesn't feel like it. It feels like we've only been here for a few hours or at least half a day.

"CHAT!!" Januis growls, "Sorry but this one here- she's mine, and I chose her long before you!!!!" Chat mockingly points at Januis.

"I CHOSE HER FIRST!" Januis yells back.

"I chose her before I died, and I'm not going to let you take her away from me or this world! Ever since high school, I never knew that someone like y/n could be someone like the Shadow Hunter and she did a good job of it too!" Chat says, in a defensive stance, "High school?! Chat what are you talking about!?" I ask him.

"I can still remember when you were looking at the rose I brought you for that project," he looks at me, " "Where I live we never have beautiful flowers like these. Not as beautiful as this" That was your first time seeing a rose" he smiles, "....and it feels as though I have seen and smelled the sweetest rose ever. Your skin always reminded me of soft rose petals, y/n" Chat caresses my arm on the area that was cut. Tears brimmed at my eyes, I covered my mouth realizing who I was looking at, I began comparing the two faces, ".....Adrien?! No, no!" I began shaking my head, in denial.

"I still have that same flower crown from that day, y/n. It's me, Adrien" he smiles, in excitement.

"........I-.....LOOK OUT" I yell and bring Chat down with me, dodging the attack. I quickly got up and look at Januis, "Januis, I don't love you! Like you was cute at first but now you're just a monster! I have had it with you and these vampires HURTING MY PEOPLE! You hurt not only me, and my tribe but you all are killing innocent people in Paris! I'M SICK OF IT AND I WON'T LET ANYMORE PEOPLE GET HURT!!!" I yell and a flash flew across my eyes, then my ring flies toward my finger, slipping itself on. "HURRY Y/N!" I hear Plagg yell. "My ring! Alright! LET'S FIGHT!" an f/c light mixed with gold covered me and splashed off like water.

"Woah! Y/n your outfit!!" Lana gasps, I look down on my outfit. It was all white with gold etchings at the hem, a light faded in and morphed into a bow, and then a golden light stretched, and dimmed down, I grabbed both. "THE GOLDEN ARROW!" Chase says, "I thought that was a myth! That man really was something, I guess I didn't kill him soon enough" Dracula growls. I prepare the bow and arrow and pull, ready to shoot, pointing at the sky "Dracula! Januis! And whoever you are lady! Once I let go of this arrow, this whole vampire civilization will go POOF!!" I yell. "

"Once I shoot this very arrow into the sky, it will produce a light so bright that it will be like the sun's light, and it will reach every part of Earth, destroying all vampires!

[Manny's voice] "Shoot that very arrow into the sky, my Queen and it will produce a light so bright that it will be like the sun's light, and it will reach every part of Earth, destroying all vampires!"

"Oh my,my my, this may be a big threat to us but even a bigger threat to you!" Dracula laughs. I raise an eyebrow at his laughing.

"Once you shoot that arrow, your body will not be able to handle the reaction force from that arrow! Your body will be severely damaged, giving you a slim chance of surviving by crushing every bone in your body, therefore killing you! Not to mention that your lover will be killed as well!" I gasp, lowering my bow and arrow. "He's right...." I mutter, I look back at Chat then at Dracula, "Shadow don't hold back!" Chat runs to Dracula, attacking him.

"Lana, Chase go back down to where we all entered and see if anyone needs help!" I say to my friends, "But, what about you?" Lana asks, looking at Januis, "Go now!" I gently push them on, and they ran off, Chase looking back at me one more time before both left the scene.

A loud crash scares me, I whip around quickly, seeing Chat wrapped in Dracula's strong arms. "Let him go!" I yell, lowering my arrow, "Shadow! Shoot the arrow!!" Chat yells, struggling.

"Don't listen to him! You'll kill us all and even yourself!! I was originally yours and always will be Princess!" Januis yells over Chat.

"What?" I stood there confused.

"You know I was actually-"

"SHUT UP JANUIS! DON'T TRY TO SWAY HER! DON'T LISTEN TO HIM! SHOOT THE ARROW SHADOW!!!" Chat growls.

If I shoot the arrow, every vampire will be killed, and I might die along with them, but Chat, he'll be gone too! I can't, he never did anything to anybody but try to be a hero. But he's not the only one that was an innocent victim. I point the arrow to the sky, but hesitate, lowering it again. Most of these vampires are innocent victims, and they're suffering, not even having a proper rest. They're killing other people too!

What do I do?! If I shoot this arrow, lives will be changed, I can't just let this whole world be clouded over by darkness. But there is a slight chance that I can live! Even if it's just 1%, it's still a number! It's still a percentage!!

But worse, I only have one shot at this, if I aim for the wrong thing, the arrow will be gone for 100 years! And Chat......I want to just hold him in my arms so bad, I was so worried about him then when I couldn't find him.

Will I sacrifice myself for not only my people but the whole world?

Or

Will I choose love over war?
