Quirk: Hallucination

     He calls his quirk "Hallucination", and he can cause a person to hallucinate about their worst fears, whether they are remembered fears or subconscious fears. He can force hallucinations as well, bringing scary images from his own mind to life.

. Definition of hallucinate: a perception of having seen, heard, touched, tasted, or smelled something that isn't there.

     His hallucination quirk goes beyond just seeing and hearing things that aren't there, but they can feel physical pain being inflicted on them by their hallucinations. The hallucinations often cause his victims to go into a state of panic.

     He can speak through his hallucinations as well, using any voice as long as it is a voice he has heard before.

     There is a downside to his quirk, just like with anyone else and their quirk. The negative side effect for his quirk is that it can cause mental insanity and causes him himself to hallucinate (not seeing, though, just everything else), sending him into a panicked terror. Night terrors can also be a result, causing him to wake up crying and screaming, and almost nothing can calm him down.

. Despite the fact his hallucinations can hurt someone, it doesn't do any real damage to their body since they are mere hallucinations.
. His quirk is much more effective when he knows what someone's fear is.
