Sonic walked in between Silver and Shadow. They had gotten their memo, Tails went home and now they can have some more bonding time. The blue speedster decided to take his siblings to one of his favourite places on the island, Green Hill. It was about twenty kilometres from his giant mansion, but it's a ten second run for him. Well, it took him half an hour today.

As they trekked through the green landscape, Sonic swung his arms over his brother's shoulders. The three of them laughed as the blue speedster was supported by his brother's shoulders.
"Hey guys, you know what?" He asked, leaning more weight onto his brother's shoulder. His voice sounded like as if he had been drinking for the past hour non-stop.
"What is it, bro?" Shadow asked, swinging his own arm over the blue hedgehog's shoulder. Sonic chuckled, and before he knew it, he began to sing.

I never knew I lost you till I found you,
And I never guessed how close you were to me.

Silver smirked before he let out a laugh. He never knew that this blue speedster of a brother had the same thought in mind.

And now I wanna throw my arms around you,
Tell a thousand tales that will astound you.
Everything about you tells me this was meant to be, don't you see?

The three of them gave a confident smirk, then they sped off into the landscape. Leaping over crevasses, racing past crumbling ground, defying the rules of gravity through super-speed loop-de-loops and corkscrew loops.

I'm on your side!
Let's take this ride!
And together we're facing the world, doing things nobodies done before.

And the great divide!
Doesn't seem so wide anymore!

Silver accidentally rammed into Sonic, who then went headfirst into Shadow, who had turned around due to the commotion. With the albino hedgehog laying on his stomach, and the blue speedster's face buried in the white chest fur of the ebony and crimson hedgie, the three of them bursted into laughter at the sudden realisation of their awkward position. Shadow didn't waste anytime in helping Sonic on to his feet. Silver gotten up himself, a face full of mud and grass as the other two began to snicker.
"Silv...you got something on your face..." Sonic chuckled while Shadow was busy trying to keep a straight face. Silver knew what they were talking about. The three of them gave up their fight against their laughter and headed out of the green landscape.
