Hiro was watching a video on his phone with Tadashi in it. "Okay, Hiro, I'm going to let you go now. You ready?" Tadashi said. "- No, no, no, Tadashi, wait!" Hiro said. "- Don't be scared, little brother. Just pedal harder! You can do it!" Tadashi said. "Yeah! Woo-hoo!" Hiro said happily. "Go, Hiro! Yeah, yeah! You got it!" Aunt Cass said. 

Hiro paused the video and looks down. "Well, Tadashi, this is it first day of nerd school. All because of you." Hiro said grabbing his bag and closing it. "Ow!" Hiro said as he looks at Baymax's charging station sadly before going downstairs. 

"Reports are still flooding in about a group of unidentified individuals who prevented what could have been a major catastrophe. The whole city of San Fransokyo is asking: Who are these heroes and where are they now?" The news on the TV said. "- Having victory pancakes." Fred said as Hiro came down stairs. "- Hiro!" Honey Lemon said. " - What's up?" Go Go said. "- Hey! Come on, let's not be late." Wasabi said as the group got ready to leave.

Hey, Sweetie. I made you a lunch. Uh, do you pack lunch to college? I don't know. Is that not cool?" Cass asked as she kept pulling the back away. "Oh, I'm so proud! - I just wanna squeeze you!" Cass said hugging Hiro. "- Aunt Cass! I-" Hiro started to say. "Okay, you guys better go." Cass said as Hiro was about to leave before going back over to Cass and hugs her. "- Last hug." Hiro said hugging Cass. "- Tadashi would be so proud of you." Cass said.

Soon the group was outside of SFIT. They had met up with Jasmine outside the school and had brought her a chocolate chip muffin from the cafe knowing that she liked them. She was doing a lot better with the fact that her sister wasn't here anymore but as long as she had her friends and loved ones by her side she knew she would be alright. "- Are you nervous, Hiro? Jasmine?" Honey Lemon asked as they walked up the steps of the school. "- No way! We want this." Hiro said. "Why would we be nervous." Jasmine said.

 "- You're both 14 and going to college." GoGo said. "- Your brother and sister are, like, a legend here." Fred said. "Also, I hear the new dean is a hard case." Wasabi said as Jasmine had a look on her face since the new dean was her aunt but she didn't say anything. "I hadn't thought of any of those things." Hiro said. "Well, keep not thinking of them."Honey Lemon said as they went into the school. 

Jasmine and Hiro go and get their picture taken for their ID. Jasmine's came out perfectly fine while Hiro's not so much. "Ugh!" Hiro said, "- That's unfortunate." Go Go said. "- I'll take that." Wasabi said taking both ID's and puts them in an ID holder. "Don't ever lose this. Seriously, it's like $20 to replace." Wasabi said

After that Fred and the gang took Hiro and Jasmine around the school and showed them around. "- Cool, huh?" Fred asked. "I-I didn't realize this place was so, uh, huge. Awesome, but huge." Jasmine said. "Don't be intimidated. Just take it one class at a time." Wasabi said.

"- Ugh. Applied Particle Physics first." Go Go said as she was looking at her classes. "- Me, too! Yay!" Honey Lemon said. "What's your first class, Hiro? Jasmine?" Fred asked as they saw Hiro and Jasmine looking at the door to Tadashi's and Ashley's lab. "You okay? We miss them, too. And Baymax." Wasabi said as the other all look down.

"Yeah, we'll, um, we'll catch up with you guys later." Hiro said as the others looked at each-other but left them alone. The two of them walked into the lab and looked around. "Wish you guys were here" Jasmine said softly as she and Hiro looked through Tadashi's book that had the design for Baymax in them.

Hiro went over and took out Baymax's arm armor and sets it on the table. He smiles sadly before fist bumping it. "Ba-la-la-la-la." Hiro said as he and Jasmine go to walk away. However they noticed something in the hand. Inside the hand was Tadashi and Ashley's chip. "Tadashi and Ashley's chip" Jasmine whispered before she and Hiro smiled. "Baymax!" They said as the same time. "Um okay, okay. We're gonna need carbon fiber skeleton, actuators Definitely gonna upgrade to super capacitors." Jasmine said writing stuff down in a notebook. "Ha! We can do this! We can rebuild you, Baymax." Hiro said happily.

"Good morning. I'm Professor Granville, your new Dean of Students. Welcome to San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. I trust that we are going to have an excellent year - Which means hard work!-" The tv that turned on said as Hiro turned it down as he and Jasmine continued writing. "Some of us are trying to work." Hiro said  "- Mr. Hamada!. Mrs. Suzuki!" Granville said. "- Huh? - " Hiro said. "Turn around." Granville said. "- Yah!" Jasmine said as they both turned around in surprise. "Private labs are not for first semester freshmen." Granville said.

"Oh uh this is my brother's and Ashley's lab - Or was." Hiro said softly. "- Tadashi and my niece Ashley were two gifted young people. They worked hard to earn this lab, as I'm sure you will someday, when you're ready." Granville said look at the two of them. "We're ready now auntie! Look, we're rebuilding Bayma- Ashley and Tadashi's healthcare companion project." Jasmine said. "Mr. Hamada, Mrs. Suzuki,  if you want to live up to your siblings legacy, you should start by getting to your classes on time." Granville said. "I could not agree more! Punctuality is very important." Jasmine said.

The three then left the lab. "- It was so nice to" Hiro started to say. "-Ticktock, Mr. Hamada and Mrs. Suzuki. Don't want to keep your Thermodynamics professor waiting. I hear she's tough, but fair intermittently." Granville said walking away. Jasmine looks at Hiro as they started running to their class, Hiro looks at Jasmine remembering something. "Hey Jasmine why were you calling Professor Granville auntie?" He asked. Jasmine looks at him, "Well you see Professor Granville is actually my aunt."Jasmine said as the door of their class. "She's you're aunt?!" Hiro asked shocked. Jasmine nods, "Yeah" She said as she opened the door and they walked inside and froze seeing Granville already in the class room.

"Ah, Teen Genius' have decided to join us." Granville said. "- How did you" Hiro started to say. Granville looks at the both of them, "-Short. Cut. I can take them. You cannot. Let's begin!" Granville said as she and Hiro took their seats and Hiro's chair broke on him making him groan.

Later that night at Fred's mansion, everyone but Hiro and Jasmine were there. "Oh, I didn't realize we were still doing the whole superhero thing." Wasabi said. "Uh, yeah! Wait, where's Hiro and Jasmine?" Fred asked. "Said they had something he needed to do after school."Wasabi said. "- But he's gonna miss our first night patrol!" Fred exclaimed. "- Night patrol?" GoGo asked popping her gum that was in her mouth. "Where we suit up and patrol the streets, thwart evildoers, dispense justice, etcetera, awesome, etcetera!" Fred exclaimed. "- Yeah, I'm not gonna do that." GoGo said. "- I-I don't think so." Honey Lemon said. "- No, thank you"Wasabi said. "- Why not? You guys have clearly forgotten how sweet it was being superheros. We caught a revenge-crazed villain, we saved the city, we had victory pancakes!" Fred said. "And you have clearly forgotten that we are not superheros." GoGo said. "Also, it was really scary." Wasabi said. 

Fred looks at Wasabi, "- You didn't seem scared." Fred said. "- Because I was pumped full of adrenaline. Now I'm back to being afraid of things. Heights, speed, cholesterol, loud noises! I've got issues. You do not want to be Wasabi." Wasabi said. "Sorry, Freddie. We already lost Baymax and we almost lost Hiro and Jasmine. I don't want to lose anyone else." Honey Lemon said. "But there could be a super-villain out there right now about to-" Fred started to say as GoGo interrupted him. "Face it, Fred, we aren't in one of your comic books. This is the real world, and in the real world, there are no super-villains." GoGo said.

Else where on top of a tall building, Yama was having two of his men hold a guy upside down from the building as the guy wouldn't give him his money. "I'll ask one more time: - Where's my money?" Yama asked. "- I lost it." The man hanging upside down said. "- Yama, it's him." The other man on the phone said. "- Go ahead and take the call." The guy hanging upside down said as Yama walked away and he was pulled up.

Yama has gone into a room to take the call. "Obake." Yama said into the phone. "Mm. Whatever you need. What is it?" Yama asked looking at the TV behind him as it showed what Obake wanted. "And where is it?" Yama asked as he was shown SFIT. "Done!" Yama said walking away.

The next day at SFIT Jasmine and Hiro were in the lab together trying to see if Baymax's chip would work. "Please work, please work." Hiro said as Jasmine puts the chip into the computer. "- Hello, Hiro." Baymax said and hos face showed up on the computer. "- Baymax!" Hiro said trying to hug him. "Yeah, the hug's not really We'll have to stick with this for now, buddy." Hiro said and fist bumped something. "Ba-la-la-la-la." Baymax said. "Without my body, I am not able to feel." Baymax said. "I know." Jasmine said. "Because I do not have tactile receptors." Baymax said. "Oh, right. Don't worry, we're working on it." Jasmine said.

After that the two of them spend the next few days rebuilding Baymax's endoskeleton and were also dealing with their class and being extra tired. When they were finally done they tested it. "Ah! My endoskeleton is complete."Baymax said. "Finally." Jasmine sighed softly. "You can now move on to the test phase." Baymax said. "Tests phase? Ha! Are you kidding? I just have to get you dressed, and boom!" Hiro said. "The diagnostics protocol will take seven to ten days." Baymax said. "Seven to ten days?!" Jasmine exclaimed. "Tadashi and Ashley always ran an extensive diagnostics protocol." Baymax said. "Yeah, that sounds like our older siblings" Hiro said. "Here we go." Jasmine says as Hiro turned the endoskeleton. "Yes! See, Baymax, it's perfect." Hiro said seeing it was working. 

At least it was until it starting going haywire. "Huh? No! No, no, no! Come on! No, no! Watch out!" Hiro says as the endoskeleton broke the window and was running away. "Oh, no. My body is running away."Baymax said.

Jasmine and Hiro ran outside to go and looks  for the endoskeleton but were caught by Granville. "Huh? Mr. Hamada, what are you doing here at this hour? And Jasmine I thought  you would be at home by now" Granville said. "We were studying." Jasmine said. "Yeah, just came out for some fresh air. Woo! That's fresh. Well, better go." Hiro said. "- Follow me... you too Jasmine" Granville said. "- Actually" Hiro started to say as Granville gave him a look. "I have nowhere else I need to be, so, I will follow you." Hiro said as he and Jasmine followed Granville inside to her office where the three took a seat. "When we first met, I was worried you would become distracted by your own agenda. - Or worse." Granville said as she showed them both the files about them and it showed their police record. 

"- Uh-huh." Hiro said. "You know about the bot fighting." Jasmine said quietly as she and Hiro noticed the endoskeleton outside the window. "But I have to admit, you've shown discipline. You're doing exceptionally well in your classes. - You should be very proud." Granville said. "- No, stop!" Hiro said. "No stop giving me compliments. I don't want to get a big head." He said. "Then I'll just say this. - Keep up the good work." Granville said as she smiled at her niece. "- Oh. I-I will. Thanks. So tired. Better get home. Uh bye. Whew." Hiro said as he left the room.

Jasmine was about to leave as well before her aunt stopped her. "Jasmine I know you and Mr. Hamada are not really study" She said. "How-" Jasmine started to say but was interrupted. "You may continue what it is your working on as long as you continue to do well in your classes" Granville said. "Thank you Aunt Grace" Jasmine said and left the room and met with Hiro outside and they continue to chase the endoskeleton.

Meanwhile with Fred and the others they were out somewhere in the city in the super suits. "After unrelenting badgering, the team" Fred said. "- Caved." GoGo interrupted. "- came together. Now unified, they embark on their first night patrol, knowing they are the city's last bastion of hope." Fred said. "- Could you please stop narrating, Fred?" Wasabi asked. " - Yeah, nothing's happening, Freddie. I think it might be time to go home." Honey Lemon said as they saw a car speed past them. 

"Did you see that? That, my friends, is obviously a car thief. It's last bastion time!" Fred said jumping away.  "- Halt!" Fred said as the team stood in front of the car but the car kept coming towards them. "Yeah, he's not halting." Fed said. "No, he's not!" Wasabi said as they all jump out of the way and Wasabi got stuck on top of the car. "Ah! Ahh! He didn't stop!" Wasabi said. "And we got a chase scene!" Fred said as the group goes after the car. "- Pull over, now!" GoGo said as the car kept going. "- Did you not hear her?!" Wasabi exclaimed. 

"We're gonna need something to slow him down." GoGo said. "I have just the thing." Honey Lemon said creaming a chemical compound. "- Still not stopping!" Wasabi exclaimed. "- Oh, yes, he is! They fear the lizard." Fred said as the car stops in front of them. "Ha! Justice has been served Oh, wait a minute." Fred said as they opened the car door. "Are you people crazy?! - My wife is about to have our baby!" The man driving the car said. 

"- Oh, my gosh, I'm so sorry. - You're doing great." Honey Lemon said. "- Boy or girl? Wait, don't tell me, I wanna be surprised." Wasabi said. "Congratulations on your bundle of joy!" Fred said as the car drove towards the hospital. "So, not a car thief, but we still showed some real hustle out there, guys." Fred says. "Fred, there's clearly nothing going on." GoGo said as she and the others started to walk away. "But, guys, night patrol." Fred said.

Meanwhile Hiro and Jasmine were still chasing Baymax's skeleton. It had ran into Good Luck Alley. "Uh, that's not good." Hiro said as the two ran into the alley. They looks and their eyes widen seeing Yama's men before they saw Yama behind them. 

"I haven't seen you at the bot fights in a while, little Zeros." Yama said. "Not since the night you got me locked up in jail." He said. "You're not still mad about that are you?" Hiro asked. Yama just looks down at them. "Okay, well, I'm sorry." Hiro said. "If we could just get our robot back" Jasmine said. "You're not getting your robot back. Teach them a lesson." Yama said. 

Soon enough they had Jasmine hanging upside down on a building while one of Yama's men were holding Hiro back. "In case I wasn't clear before, I'm really sorry about the whole jail thing!" Jasmine said scared as Yama had his men lowered Jasmine lower. At this point her SFIT ID was showing. "Ah!" Jasmine said scared. 

" Wait, you go to that nerd school?" Yama asked seeing the ID.  "- Uh, yeah, but it's not" Jasmine started to say. "- Pull her back." Yama said as Jasmine was pulled back up and Hiro was let go. "You and I, we're gonna make a deal." Yama said.

Meanwhile it had started raining and Fred was in the suit standing on the roof of his house. "Alone he stood, buffeted by the rain, unwavering in his mission, and undaunted by the fact that his friends don't value superhero culture in all its awesomeness." Fred said from the roof as his butler was on the ground holding a umbrella. "Master Frederick, hot cocoa?" Heathcliff asked.

Hiro and Jasmine then run up to the Manor and look at Heathcliff. "Heathcliff, where's Fred? W-We need his help." Hiro said. Soon they were back inside the school in Tadashi and Ashley's and Hiro was doing something. "Okay, so what wrong is Lady Justice calling us to right?" Fred asked. "Well, there's this metal thing it's kind of a sculpture, or paperweight or something and it's on Granville's desk and we have to break in and take it." Jasmine said. 

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait. That is what Lady Justice would call 'stealing'" Fred said. "Stealing? No, it's not stealing. Is it stealing? I don't think it's really stealing. It's more like borrowing, yeah." Hiro said. "Stealing: to take the property of another without permission or right." Baymax said. "Exactly. Thank you, Baymax. Wait, Baymax? Whoa! You live in a computer now?" Fred asked. "My body ran away." Baymax said. "Fred, look, we rebuilt Baymax's skeleton. It went crazy, got loose, and now Yama has it. The thing is, it's dangerous without Tadashi and Ashley's chip." Jasmine said. 

"Without the healthcare protocol, my robotic capabilities could be catastrophically destructive." Baymax said. "Yama said he'll give it back in exchange for - the paperweight thing." Hiro said. "- Which you intend to steal." Fred said interrupting him. "As soon as we make the trade, we'll steal the thing back and return it to Professor Granville before she even knows it's gone." Hiro said.

 "So, the second steal basically cancels out the first steal. Okay, I'm in." Fred said. "Yes! I just need to add her code to my ID, and to do that, I need to get really close to Professor Granville." Hiro said. "But wait doesn't Jasmine have access to every part of the school?" Fred asked. "Yeah but she refuses to break into her aunts office" Hiro said. 

"Anyways, how close? Are we talking in the same general vicinity, - or are we talking uncomfortably close?" Fred asked. "- Uncomfortably close." Hiro said.

"Hiro, check, check. Can you hear me?" Fred asked taking into a microphone. "Fred, just wait for the signal and hit the button." Hiro said. "I've never been a hacker before. This is exciting. Also, a lot of pressure." Fred said and then looked at the computer. "Uh, which button is it again? I kid, I kid! Don't worry, Hiro, I've got this." Fred said.

"Target spotted. I'm going in." Hiro said. "Roger that. Man, I love saying that. I'll do it again. Roger that.No, no, no, wait. How about this? - Roger that." Fred says. "- Who is Roger?" Baymax asked. "You know, that's a good question." Fred said. 

"- Guys, quiet." Hiro said. "- Roger that!-" Fred said. "Excuse me, Professor Granville?" Hiro asked. "- Yes, Mr. Hamada?" Granville asked. "Well, I was thinking about what you said, and it's nice to have someone here who believes in me, - so thank you." Hiro said trying to hug her. "- Yes, well, uh" Granville said as Hiro kept trying to hug her.

 Meanwhile GoGo, Jasmine, Wasabi, and Honey Lemon were walking past the hall and saw this. "What is he doing?" GoGo asked as they watched this.

Back with Hiro he was still trying to hug Granville. "- Is that all?" Granville asked.  "- Um well" Hiro started to say. "Turn on the waterworks. Trust me. It's the only way you're gonna get that hug."Hiro heard Fred say in the ear piece. 

Hiro turns around and rubs his eyes to make them watery. "Mr. Hamada, are you all right?" Granville asked. "- I'm" Hiro started to say as he turned to look at her his eyes watery with fake tears. "- Is there something in your eye?" Granville asked. "Tears. There's just so much going on." Hrio said and hugged Granville as she patted his back. "- Now." Hiro whispered.

"- I'm on it. Ah! I spilled soup! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ah!" Fred said.  "I cannot administer care because I have no body. But I do have several tips for treating minor burns." Baymax said as the scan was almost complete. "All right, now. Pull yourself together." Granville said. "I got the copy! I think." Fred said. "- Thanks! I feel better now." Hiro said. "- Thank goodness." Granville said. "Don't wanna keep my professor waiting. She's intermittently fair and a good hugger." Hiro said before running off.

Later that night Granville had left as Hiro broke into her office and picked up the paper weight. "What's happening? - Did you get it?" Fred asked through the ear piece as Hiro was looking at the paper weight. "- Yeah. It's heavier than it looks. Why would Yama want this?" Hiro asked. "Ow! Hot soup! Spilled it again." Fred said.

After they Fred and Hiro were heading over to good Luck alley. "These are dangerous people, Fred. Let me do the talking." Hiro said. "You bet. I'll keep my eyes peeled and my lips sealed." Fred said. "What do you want?" The guard asked. "We're. uh-" Hiro stared to say but was cut off by Fred.  "Frederick Frederickson the Fourth. This is Hiro. We're very busy, dangerous types and we don't like to be kept waiting." Fred said.

They both then got into the building. "What happened to letting me do the talking?" Hiro asked. "Now, you and I both know that was never gonna work." Fred said.

Mean back at SFIT. Jasmine texted her aunt telling her she was going to Noodle Burger with her friends as they went see if Hiro wanted to come. "Hiro, we're going to Noodle Burger. You wanna come?" Honey Lemon asked as they group opened the door to see the lab a mess. "What happened?" GoGo asked. 

The computer then turned on. "My body ran away." Baymax said. "Baymax!" Everyone but Jasmine said. "You're back! Wait, why are you in the computer? And where's Hiro?" Wasabi asked. "Hiro can be found here." Baymax said showing them a map on the screen. "That's Good Luck Alley." GoGo said. "Why do they call it Good Luck Alley?" Wasabi asked. Jasmine looks at them a serious look on her face. "Good luck getting out alive." Jasmine said.

meanwhile back in Good Luck Alley. "That's Baymax's skeleton?" Fred asked. "It's so naked. It's naked Baymax. And you must be Yama." Fred said holding his hand out.

Yama looks up and snaps his fingers as the door closes and more guard came. "We had a deal!" Hiro said. "Oh, Zero, did you really think I was going to give you back your robot?" Yama asked. "That was my understanding. Did nobody else think that?" Fred asked.

The two were then thrown into a locked room. "Ow!" Fred said. "Hey." Hiro said banging on the door. "Great. No windows, no air ducts, and one locked door." He said.

"Looks like we need to break out of a super secure, high-tech safe room. Awesome! How do we do that? Oh, I've got it! We could do what Dirk Dinley did when he was trapped in the dungeon of Dr. Slaughter. Get this. He fashioned a key out of a stale cracker and a single strand of his own hair." Fred said as Hiro was messing with the lock and got the door open. "Or, we yeah, that'll work, too. - We could just, ya know, unlock" Fred said. "Come on." Hiro said as they leave the room.

"So after we get naked Baymax back, what's our exit strategy? You thinking fists? You thinking something other than fists?" Fred asked. "I'm thinking we run." Hiro said. "So feet. We're gonna go with feet. Oh." Fred said as they were stopped. "Where you think you're going?" The guard asked. "And you're sure not fists?" Fred asked. "Feet, Fred. Fast!" Hiro said as they run but stopped and grabbed. "Hey. Come on, let's take these two to Yama." The guard said as they were taken to Yama.

Hiro looks. "Well, if you think about it, I did you a favor - by testing your security." Hrio said. "Thank you. Get rid of 'em!" Yama said. "Quick question, when you say, "get rid of us," do you mean throw us out, or are you talking more of a, you know, permanent situation?" Fred asked as Yama smirks. "Permanent. Got it" Fred said as they were grabbed again. "No, wait!" Hiro said as the roof was broken. "Huh?" Yama said. "Yeah! I knew you couldn't resist the call of superhero-dom." Fred said.

"- Hi-ya!"GoGo said attacking as Honey Lemon got them to stick to the floor. "Yeah, that's right." Wasabi said as they took off their shoes. "Ah! That's wrong! Ah! Ya! Ya! Ya! Hi-ya! Adrenaline's back!" Wasabi said attacking them. "Hiro, Fred, you guys okay?" Honey Lemon asked. "Much better now." Hiro said. "How'd you know we were here? Wait, were you guys out on night patrol without me?!" Fred said. "Fred, night patrol is not a thing." GoGo said. "It's really not." Honey Lemon said as another guy broke the door down.

"Look out!" Hiro said pulling Fred away as Jasmine used an energy field to knock the guy out. "Whoa! That was close. Did you see how close that was?" Fred said. "Stay here." Hiro said. "Roger that." Fred said.

"Nobody hustles Yama!" Yama said. "And gets away with it?" Hiro asked as Honey Lemon freezes him. "Well, looks like I just did." Hiro said. "Ooh, that's cold. Did, uh, everybody Did you guys get that?" Fred asked. "Hang on!" Jasmine said. "Hey, it's Heathcliff!" Fred said.

Soon they were back at the school and the group was staring at Hiro angry. "So, I'm sensing you're angry?" Hiro asked. "Without my scanning capabilities, I am unable to detect nonverbal signs of anger. Are they glaring? Are their eyebrows down and together? Do you see narrowing of their lips?" Baymax asked. "I got this, Baymax. Guys, I-I'm sorry I didn't tell you what I was doing." Hiro asked.

Jasmine looks and she frowns. "You could have gotten hurt." She said her voice full of sadness. She didn't want to lose anyone else especially Hiro because she knew now that she was in love with him.

"And I can't believe you stole something from Professor Granville's desk! And you helped him! And now Yama has it!" Wasabi said. "Well" Hiro said taking the paper weight out from his jacket. "Double steal!" Fred said. "As promised." Hiro said. "I'm impressed. But don't ever do that again." GoGo said punching his arm. "I won't but there is still one problem. How am I gonna explain that to Professor Granville?" Hiro asked. "Don't worry, I'll take care of that. Just this once." Honey Lemon said.

A few days later Hiro was working on Baymax. "Come on, come on, come on! Yes!" He said once the scan was done. Hiro then waited for Baymax to charge before putting the chip into him. "I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion." Baymax said as Hiro hugged him. "Hello, Hiro." Baymax said and hugged back.

Meanwhile back in Good Luck Alley. "He is not gonna be happy that we didn't get it." One of the guards said to Yama. "Don't worry, we got something much, much better." Yama said.
