Chapter 18
"Well, look at that."
Izuku grinned as the familiar prince approached him with a soft smile on his face. "Prince Todoroki," he greeted.
Shoto bowed. "My Queen. How lovely it is to see you again after all this time. May I?"
The Omega nodded and stood. He adjusted Tadaaki's blanket. Shoto stepped closer and looked down to the swaddled babe. "Wow... He looks exactly like Katsuki."
Izuku laughed and nodded. "Yeah, he does. Katsuki's trying to convince everyone that he looks like me, though."
The younger prince chuckled and shook his head. "Well, he's cute. I just hope he gets his personality from you. I don't know if the world can handle two Katsuki Bakugou's."
"The world? What about me?" Izuku huffed teasingly, both looking up as the throne room doors opened.
"Todoroki! You better keep your damn hands off my Queen!" Katsuki snapped as he stormed over, fuming from the ears.
Both Izuku and Shoto sighed, the prince bowing his head to the King. "You know I would never. I was simply greeting your son."
"Yeah, well, stop it," Katsuki growled, pulling his mate into his chest.
Izuku rolled his eyes. "Katsuki, it's fine. Besides, I think Tadaaki likes him."
Katsuki whipped his head down to look at his son. The babe was cooing softly, one hand outstretched towards the prince.
"Hey, hey!" Katsuki took Tadaaki's hand, drawing the infant's attention to himself. "No Bakugou will ever be friends with a Todoroki!"
Tadaaki sucked on his other fist, Izuku sighing. "He's fine, Kacchan. The Prince won't do anything to harm him."
"No, but he might steal him away from me like he tried to steal you," Katsuki countered, earning a few raised brows in his direction.
Izuku groaned. "Kacchan, Prince Todoroki didn't steal me. He was trying to take me away from a bad situation," he muttered back, nudging his mate.
Katsuki scrunched his nose. "Yeah, I remember. I was the bad situation."
"Can we please end the bickering?" Shoto spoke up. "We have to discuss our trading term," he reminded the blond, holding up a scroll.
The older Alpha straightened up. "Right... Let's move to the council room. Izuku, you can return to our quarters."
Izuku nodded, tilting his head expectantly. Katsuki smiled slightly and planted a soft kiss to his cheek before following his guests out of the throne room.

Katsuki swayed slowly, holding Tadaaki to himself. The babe whimpered softly, suckling on his fist.
The King sighed, rubbing Tadaaki's back. "Will you only stop whining if you have your mother?"
With a whine, Tadaaki twisted.
Katsuki groaned and grabbed him, making sure he didn't flop right out of his arms. "Alright, fine. Let's go wake him up."
When he turned around, his mate was already sitting up on their shared bed, reading.
The blond shook his head, walking over. "Well, good morning to you, too."
Izuku looked up and smiled. "Sorry. I didn't want to bother you two."
Katsuki huffed and sits on the edge of the bed beside the greenette. "Well, he wants you."
"Aw, Tadaaki," the Omega crooned as he took his fussy baby.
Tadaaki curled up, clinging to his mother and settling down easily. No longer upset, he looked back to his father.
The King huffed and narrowed his eyes. "So it's like that, is it," he grumbled, but kissed his mate's cheek.
Izuku smiled and shook his head. "Once he's older, he won't mind spending more time with you. Just let him grow a little more."
Katsuki scrunched his nose. "What? No, absolutely not. He's not allowed to grow. If he grows up, he's gonna become a snot-nosed, sassy brat," he growled with an angry pout.
The Omeg laughed, adjusting Tadaaki. "Calm down, Kacchan. We're not going to be able to prevent him from growing up," he murmured, taking Katsuki's hand.
"I'll find a way," the King huffed and leaned forward, letting his head rest on Izuku's shoulder.
The greenette smiled fondly and kissed his mate's head. "I highly doubt that... But good luck..."
