Peculiar
New things astounded you, another part of you felt annoyed as if you'd already seen this place a million times. High stretched masses of buildings, the were bigger and darker than the chemical plant. You looked behind you, the plant was no longer in sight from miles and miles. A loud honking sound caused you to jump slightly, a metal monster growled. and furious yellow eyes glared at you. You turned your head like a curious dog, a childish intent speaking in your eyes. You grinned at your new discovery.
"Hello..."
Another beeping sound, caught you off guard, as you seen behind a clear tank that a human was there. You gasped, the metal monster had eaten the human!
You ran forwards and tapped the glass of the windows, the male on the inside sneered as the male in the lab had done. Your attitude changed completely, you began to cut through the glass when a hand flopped on your shoulder. You turned around to find a dark lady, her skin like mud, looking at you with worried care.
"Honey, you alright there? Here, come on." She tugged your hand like Claire had done when you had been released. You followed distastefully, humans, always thinking they know everything. Your abnormally long hair covered specific parts of your body, but it didn't help the fact you were still nude. The mud colored lady, dropped a type of blanket around you with two long tunnels, she had guided your arms through them, and you accepted it graciously.
The lady paused, and a small light that resembled an orange human flashed. The mud lady and you ha drum across the black ground in hurried fashion. Metal monsters seemed to wait until the mud lady and you had passed. You guessed she had much power here, a high ranking monarch! How interesting! You turned this way and that, as you followed your new preserver. So many humans, so many new things! Suddenly the woman stopped, "Alright, hon. This is where I leave you, be safe, okay?"
You nodded in complete serenity, solemn and strong you watched her leave. It was only a few minutes ago you had met her, but it was sad to see a companion leave so soon. You stared up at the mass of the building. Rubble and wooden planks rotted over broken windows. An ugly building it was, compared to the rest surrounding it. The stench of smoke hung heavily in the air as you walked closer.
