Alright, so first things first;

Horns are crooked [forgive me if I am mistaken and those are not horns]. I suggest sketching out the proportions before doing the lineart itself.

Also, the muzzle is crooked too.

The mouth is too close to the chin. I understand certain styles including this but you must remember;

Don't break the rules of art until you know them, or else it's gonna look like you don't know what you're doing.

You must balance proportions and your style together evenly.

The neck is too thin for the shoulders you have drawn, although the shoulders are proportional in size, the neck is not.
