Critique for Fuuxly

Piece I'm critiquing:

  Alrighty! I like the idea and the picture is fine, but you need to tune up your shading. 

  I'm gonna explain necks real quick. If this character is a female the neck should be more slim, even long and starts straight. Like this: | |

And then eventually bends outwards onto the shoulders.

A males neck is usually more thicker and sort of... stumpy? It goes straight: | |

The next thing I'm gonna point out is the collar. 

  I suggest you work on how to draw paws. There are plenty of tutorials and references you can use online.

Now I can spot these light botches done with an airbrush on the characters fur here and there. Sorry buddy, but I really don't understand what you were going for here. They're just splotched on meaninglessly.
If it's shading, it's very sloppy. Also I recommend not using black and white (darker or lighter version of same color) for shading, it makes the colors look dead and un-lively.

Last of all, the fore head is too big.
