"Keep in mind, Brett, that Heaven is our home, and we must defend it at all costs."

Brett had lived by this rule for almost his entire life as the battle between Heaven and Hell has always remained unresolved for thousands of years.

They all know, more than anyone else, that this phony peace will not last.

But nobody expects it to be end this soon, since the disappearance of Ling Ling – the Guardian of God's sovereign message - has ignited the first flame.

Both sides assume that's the other's action in order to arrogate God's miracle.

War would have erupted between them had Ling Ling's feeble life signal not been detected on Earth.

Earth - a place all angels appear to be afraid to visit as it contains too many temptations that will cause them to lose sight of their divine path and mission. The allure of earthly desires can easily lead even angels astray, which is why many have chosen to avoid Earth entirely.

"Brett, we all know you're the bravest and most capable of us, so we trust in your judgment and strength to carry out this mission: safely return Ling Ling to Heaven."

The Archangels are solemnly seated on their thrones. Heavy atmosphere has never been discovered before now covering every corner of the hall.

"We all know that this time, whoever have God's word will triumph. I can be sure; the opposing side will have their tooled up soon." – Archagel Michael said.

"Please believe in me; I promise to do whatever it takes to bring Ling Ling home. I have never been more determined in my life."

That was Brett's final speech to the Archangels before departing for Earth. This journey is unlike any other as he is carrying Heaven's hope of survival along with him. Brett is aware of the immense pressure he is under and knows that failure isn't an option.

Time goes by, and everything on Earth has completely changed, which makes Brett nearly overwhelmed by all of the tall buildings in front of him. Standing alone in the middle of a bustling city, Brett felt like he was adrift in a strange world.

Fortunately, his house in the side forest remains unaltered.

Despite his initial optimism, fear and anxiety gradually take over Brett's soul as he loses sight of Ling Ling's faint life signal. Brett's hope fades as he realizes how vast the world is and how unlikely it is that he will be able to find her before the devils do.

The city's concert hall, where the angels believe they found her signal, is the only place he can go at this time.

Even though Brett developed an interest in modern human technology, no other place—not even Heaven—can give him the same sense of comfort that this place does. Nothing has changed since Brett's previous visit, which was quite some time ago. Still the same structure and the same concertos playing in the background that he is so familiar with. This sense of closeness with his surroundings gives Brett a profound sense of contentment, as if he has come home

Brett walks through the room, the orchestra is playing one of his favorite pieces - the Sibelius Violin Concerto. His soul has always been calmed by music, which seems to make all of his worries disappear. When Brett closes his eyes, a beautiful, loving, and joyful world appears in front of him.

He thinks back to the time when he was still playing the violin, he wishes that he could have made more time for it, but it seems impossible given the weight of his many responsibilities.

Suddenly, Brett can feel the chill run down his spine, and he understands why. He had seen this moment in a dream, years before.

The smell from his worst enemy—a devil, lingered in the air like a poisonous gas, assaulting the senses and reminding him of the consequences of going against a powerful adversary.

Brett starts to regret having lost in music. There's nothing worse than that devil's plan to kill him and impede the search for Ling Ling, which will bring disadvantage to their side although Heaven and Hell already had an armistice agreement until they find her.

But devils are still devils, they will do anything to get what they want and Brett knows them all too well.

Even after extensive training, Brett's body gradually becomes tense as he struggles to overcome angels' nature aware of devils.
