Chapter 38; Both rid of some energy

~Erin a.k.a The Glitch POV~

I burst out laughing at their looks. Thor looked worried and like he wanted to rip me off the horse and Loki like I had just gone insane and totally suicidal.

"Come on! Have some faith in us! Asdan and I are going to whip your butts. We will easily out run the both of you and be back at the palace before you two even left." I challenged them.

Their worry and insanity looks disappeared and were replaced with a smile. Loki's as always a little more mischievous then his brothers. Obviously they were in for a challenge. But that soon made place for staring eyes as the both of them realized I had pulled the dress up to a little above my knees to ride comfortable.

Their mouthes opened like they both wanted to say this was not appropriate to do and especially not for them to be seen with me like this.

"It's my life guys. Don't even think of saying something about this." I said pointing at my bare legs.

The rest of the dress lay behind me on Asdan's butt. This must have looked very funny but I couldn't care less how it looked as long as they didn't make me wear something else and I had to go all the way back to my room and change.

"As you wish." Thor said signing the gate keeper from the palace to open the doors.

"Just be careful." Loki said looking towards the opening gates and steering his also black horse towards it.

"Sins when are you so sweet?" I asked suspicious at his words.

"I am not. I just don't want you to get killed before I can take revenge for my 'punishment'." He said still not looking at me but a wide grin on his face.

"Let's go." Thor says before giving his fox colored horse the nudge to run.

Both you and Loki follow suit. Asdan was really fast. No surprise, if he's always left in his stable because they are too scared of him. His energy level must be through the roof, like mine. He soon brought me on even level with Thor and I winked wickedly at him. I stayed pretty stable in the saddle as the three of us rampaged through the streets towards the open fields and the woods.

I noticed that many people in the streets followed us with their eyes as we drove by. I can imagine that it's not every day you see the two prinses of Asgard drive by like the wind led by an unknown girl with half bare legs in a dress. I laughed out loud as the wind pulled up my loose hair and I took the lead of Thor and Loki now right behind me on either side.

Asdan luckily knew where the fields were and ran right towards it because I would have had to let Thor or Loki take over and lead us to it. Within minutes all three of us ran over a long grassy field and stopped for a second. I sighed happily and it almost sounded like Asdan did too before he started eating some of the green grass.

"You ride very well for your second time." Thor said stopping his horse next to me.

"Thanks, and though I'd like to take the credit I didn't do a thing except for holding on to him." I said as I patted Asdan's neck.

Loki got off his horse and left him walking around. Thor and I followed suit letting the three horses entertain them selves. Some grass was a little longer then the other and gently tickled my ankles as I walked through it. It was not long before four horses ran towards us. Not our horses with a plus one, no, our horses were not even out of sight yet. It were the Warrior three and Sif that were also out horse riding here.

Before us they stopped Fandrall with his usual charming smile, Folstagg smiling and Hogun his stone face. Sif eyed me realizing I had my body back and weren't flying around anymore. I heard Loki grunt of annoyance at their arrival.

"I see you are not a hovering being anymore?" Sif snarky remarked.

They got off their horses and Hogun and Folstagg held them at the rains. I smirked wide as I intertwined my hands behind my back.

"Jup, you don't have to hold back anymore Sif." I said earning a confused face from her.

"Hold back from what precisely?" She asked slowly.

"You wanted to test my powers right? See what a simple Midgardian could do?" She looked surprised for a second like I had read her mind.

It wasn't hard to guess though. The way she had looked at me and how she obviously loved fighting and new opponents to test her skills on, it was easy to predict that I was next. Fandrall, Loki and Thor tried to keep their laughter in at Sif's look.

Now she started smirking. "Do you offer, Midgardian?" She asked mimicking the way I had said it.

"No she does not." Thor said trying to stop us.

"With pleasure. Ether has been saving energie for me so I am bursting with it right now. And I really wouldn't mind fighting you, you look like a decent opponent." I said down talking her just a little to get her in a good fighting mood.

It didn't need much though because she unsheathed her sword. Before we could even do anything Thor and Loki came between both. Loki dragged me back with his arms around my waist and Thor pushed Sif's sword down.

"Wha-! Ey!" I complained heart beating in my throat from Loki's strong armes wrapped around me and his muscled chest against my back.

"We were just going to try each other out a bit." Sif said trying to get our little battle back on track.

Thor just gave her a blank stare. "You know that it never stays at that when you get into it Sif." He said making her sheath her sword again while mocking.

"What is wrong with you?" Loki asked irritated he had to separate you.

"You can better ask 'what's not wrong with me'." I said looking into his irritated face.

"Why?" He asked as he frowned.

"Shorter list, takes less time."

Still in Loki's armes but luckily with my feet back on the ground I felt my phone vibrate. Seriously? Taking it out it showed a text from Tony. My heart skipped a beat reading what was in it. I looked back at Sif.

"Can I get a rain check?"
