We all ran into the TARDIS. "Doctor, why would it be rabid?" Amy asked, clearly annoyed.

"Well, that I don't know. The Kallioptians are very peaceful, there's never been a time when they went rabid before." The Doctor responded.

Rory asked the Doctor, "If they've never been rabid before, then how did you know it was rabid?"

"I've seen enough aliens that were rabid to recognize the glint that are usually in the eyes of rabid animals." He explained.

I rolled my eyes, tired of the unimportant questions Amy and Rory were asking. "Instead of talking, how about we do something about the Kallioptian outside?" I said.

"Oh yes," the Doctor exclaimed, "I'd almost forgotten about the Kallioptian!" The Doctor was talking about it, how could he have forgotten it? I shook my head. That's Chin Boy for you.

"What are we going to do about it?" I asked; the Doctor had gotten distracted again. He thought for a moment.

"Okay, I am going to do something very stupid and dangerous, so you are not allowed to follow me," he said seriously.

"What are you going to do?" Amy wanted to know.

The Doctor told us, "I'm going to go out and scan the Kallioptian with my Sonic!"

Rory groaned. "That is stupid and dangerous, and Amy, you are not going with him!" He said, firmly.

As you can guess, Amy was not very happy with Rory's decision. "But I want to," she complained.

"Can I go?" I asked.

"Sure Oswin," said Rory.

"What? No fair," Amy grumbled. "How come she can go?"

Rory answered, "She's not my wife."

"Thanks for caring, Rory," I said, sarcastically. "Doctor, can I come with you, please?"

To my surprise, he said yes. He grabbed his Sonic Screwdriver and we opened the doors of the TARDIS, making sure the Kallioptian wasn't about to attack us. Oddly, it was still standing in the same place, staring at the TARDIS. The Doctor scanned it, and we were about to go back inside to look at the results when it started making noises. "Arrrrrrrrr! Ohweeee! Graaaaaaaaaar! Berrrrrrrrrer! Calowwwwwww! Mardeeeeeeeee!"

"Doctor, what's it doing?" I was scared.

The Doctor was staring at the Kallioptian. "It's alright Oswin, it's just talking," he said.

"But doesn't the TARDIS automatically translate every language in your head except for Gallifreyan?" I asked, confused.

"I don't remember telling you that." Now the Doctor was confused.

"Rory told me," I explained.

"Ah. The TARDIS is translating the language. The Kallioptian is just talking nonsense," was the answer to the earlier question.

"Okay," I said. Then the Kallioptian turned and ran head first into a nearby tree, knocking it over. It knocked over a few more trees before turning and coming towards the TARDIS.

"I don't think it's coming in peace, do you? Back in the TARDIS, now!" The Doctor yelled. We ran into the TARDIS, gasping for breath.

"What happened out there?" Amy wondered.

I answered, "The Kallioptian started talking nonsense, then it destroyed some trees, now it's trying to destroy the TARDIS." As I said that, the whole ship rocked.

"See, Amy, that's why I didn't want you out there," Rory cried.

"You care about me so much, Rory." I said with even more sarcasm than before.

Rory was about to answer when the Doctor announced, "So, let's see what the Sonic says is wrong with the Kallioptian."

A/N Are you curious about what's wrong with the Kallioptian? I'll give you a hint, it's alien, not from the planet Kalliopti. I don't know if that's a good hint, but that's the only hint you're getting. You'll find out what it is in the next chapter.

When the Kallioptian started talking nonsense, I just made up random words, that's why they're so weird.
