It was the morning of the plan to defend Berk and keep drago out. Centuries flew guard in the air. You stood with d/n over looking the many men and women ready to give their lives to protect the dragons.
When you had left Berk around 6 years ago, the people of Berk couldn't except dragons. They couldn't except you. Now they we're ready to fight for them risking their lives. You we're ready. Ready like everyone else to fight for what you love.

Hiccup flew next to you.
"Hey."
"Hey hic."
He frowned.
"Don't worry we are going to win this," he cheered. I put on a small smile for him. He slid down toothless and kissed my cheek holding my hands.
"I promised you. Didn't I?"
I nodded.
The horn sounded. Hundreds of dragons swarmed our beaches.
The fight began. A gigantic dragon came from the sea Valka grabed onto it and started to control it. Another dragon, the same as the first, came out of the water.
"Come on y/n they can't do that them selves!" Hiccup yelled down to me from a hovering toothless.

Y/n whispered something to d/n. D/n garbled back and leaped in to the sky. Toothless took off after them.
"Toothless," I got him to stop and land. I watched in horror as d/n spun into the battle field. She shot 5 times at the Alfa. It shook and looked at her. I looked for my dad, for my mom. I found them battling with everyone else. I turned back to y/n who had fallen off d/n and was getting backed up by her. Toothless flew, I heard the sound of a nightfury ready to shoot.
"No!" I yelled as d/n opened her mouth. I landed on toothless. And ran over to her. She had both hands trying to stop d/n.
"Nooo!" She cried pulling another hand over to me. I watched as I threw myself in front of her just as d/n shot.

Stoick+++
I was about to throw my axe at drago when I saw y/n draped over my sons body. I lost all spirit and walked to them. Falling at my sons body.
Y/n was in a trance. Weeping over my son. His head and chest over her lap. D/n walked over and sniffed hiccups body. Y/n pushed her away.

Y/n+++
"How could I have trusted you. I thought- why would I think a dragon could love me back! Go go away!" I pushed her away. I held his face.
"I'm sorry hiccup," I cried laying my head down on his shoulder. I felt a hand touch my head, it slid down my jaw line and lifted my head. I could see the pain in his green eyes. But he was alive.
"The leather took most of the blow," he joked. I laughed once before letting tears run down my face again.
"I promised."
I cryed harder. He sat up choking on the pain.
"No hiccup, you need help I'll get d/n and- OK never mind. I'll-"
"I'll take him to the hospital wing," I was cut off by stock who had also been crying. Toothless followed. I was dragonless.
"Time to do this the old fashioned way," I said to myself pulling a sword from my belt. I ran into battle.

Hiccup+++
I lifted her head to me. She could see my pain.
"The leather took most of the blow," I said making her laugh once before crying harder into my chest.
"I promised," I said trying to remind her. I sat up so i could hug her and gaged on the pain. She fubled over what to do with me when my dad said he would carry me. My chest burned. The healers took off my chest plate and shirt and looked at my wounds. 3rd degree Burns and a broken rib. Still better than a dead me or even worse a dead y/n.

Y/n+++
I looked for d/n. I was going get her to remember. I had realised my mistake and now drago was on d/n.
"Drago you coward! Get down here!"
He landed in front of me.
"Do you think you can get her back?" He said referring to d/n,
"Go ahead and try! But the Alfa controls all dragons."
I looked into d/n eyes.
"Please come back to me. I love you d/n. You were always there for me and you always are. I love you with everything I have. Your my light in the blackness of life," her pupils started to dialate, "I don't blame you for anything. Please remember me. Remember everything. All those time when I thought I was alone I had you. But now I need you. Your my best friend d/n. Please come back to me."
"How are you doing that?" Drago asked bewildered.
"Come on d/n, your my everything. Were part of each other," I said realizing how much I needed her.
"There you go!" Her pupils were huge and she had a happy face. She turned and threw Drago off her back he hurried to the alpha.
I turned to the alpha. I turned to the hospital wing and saw Hiccup looking out the window. I sat up on d/n I ripped my sleeves off.
"Don't worry I'll tell you, do you trust me?"
She nodded and I wrapped the sleeves around her eyes. The gigantic dragons fought. Drago's bewilderbeast won by spearing the other. I gasped and tears welled up in my eyes. D/n wined hearing the crys of the of the dieing dragon. I turned on the bewilderbeast it shot ice at me and d/n. She covered me with her wings as the ice spread around us.
