Chapter 16
Rebecca's POV
I felt horrible leaving the Beatles, but we had no choice, time needs to be right. The sky was so dark and gloomy, it looked like it was about to start pouring. Lilie and I managed to find a small hotel to stay the night and escape the incoming rain. We used the money we had to pay for it and found our room. We were both pretty much in tears as soon as we collapsed on the beds.
"I know this was a bad idea, but we need to get used to this until we get back to our own time," Lilie said to me. "But what if that never happens? What if we stay here for the rest of our lives and live in full sadness because of what we just did?" I questioned. "Who knows," Lilie started. "No matter what happens, a miracle will always come." I really hoped she was right.
A knock came at our door and we ignored it. The person wouldn't give up and continued knocking for 5 straight minutes. I finally gave in and looked through the peephole to see who it was. It was very dirty, so I couldn't see anything. I just opened the door and my face didn't change at who I saw. "What are you doing here George?" I asked him.
"We don't care entirely for the timeline all that much, I mean we do, but you girls are way more important to us than time itself," he said. My face started to light up at his comment. "Please come back and be with us, if the future is messed up, let it be messed up, I bet it wasn't good anyway," he continued. "It was sort of good, but then it did start going downhill," I said to myself.
"What do you say?" He asked. I looked at Lilie and she said, "Are you sure you want us back with you lads?" "Yes, we are all very sure," he responded. "Ok fine, we'll come back," I said. "Yay!" Shouted George and he hugged us both. We left the hotel and went back to their house.
Once we opened the door, the other 3 lads were very happy to see us. "We're so glad you decided to come back!" Said Ringo as he came up to us for a hug. For some reason, I was still pretty upset about letting this go on. We've been here for a few months and not a lot has changed really. So maybe we'll just forget about this and possibly good things will happen.
John and Paul hugged us and sat back down where they were. "We hope we can keep you girls around this time," John said. "Don't worry, you've got us," I told him and they all smiled. "We started on our new album and we'd thought you'd like to see it," Paul explained to us. "Sure," I said and he showed us a piece of paper with lyrics on it. It was titled "Help!" That is a great thing.
"It looks good so far," I said. "Thanks, some things need to be changed around though," John said and examined the paper. Later on that evening, I kept thinking to myself. I really should stop this, but I can't help myself. The lads don't care what happens because they're happy we're still with them.
I'm at least glad they're doing what they love and are doing really well with it. The people love them and always will. Nothing can change that. Even if things are messed up, everybody will still love the Beatles no matter what. Lilie and I always will.
A/N: Sorry it's very short and it has been months since I've updated, but I really hope you like it!!!
