McKenna's POV

Me and Ivy were walking across the street when I heard a car coming and Steven yelling "LOOK OUT!" I felt somebody push me to the other side. I heard a loud thump and the sound of bones breaking. I turned around to see Steven laying on the road, blood pooled from different places. I screamed "STEVEN!!!" the car stopped and a young girl came out crying. I ran to Steven and saw blood pooling from his head and had scratches all over his body. Oh please don't be dead! Oh Irene! Please don't be dead! I thought horrified. I saw his chest going up and down so I sighed in relieve. I saw Ivy calling 911 and I saw the girl crying on the edge of the road and I walked up to her. She sobbed and said shocked and fearful "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hit him! My gas pedal was jammed and my brake wouldn't work! I'm so so sorry!" I put my hand on her shoulder and said "It wasn't your fault. You had no control." she looked up and hugged me saying "Thank you!" she releases me and I heard the siren of the ambulance and it parked next to Steven. I ran over to them and one of them said "Are you hurt miss?" I said "No. But I think you should check on the driver." he said "Thank you." he walked over to the girl. I saw Steven and started to cry. I ran to him and whispered "Please Steven. Hang on!" we get to the hospital and they sent Steven into a surgery room. I called Kat "Kat. Come to the hospital now. *sniffs*" "Why? What's wrong?! I heard a ambulance earlier. What happened?!" Kat asked scared. I said starting to cry "S-Steven got hit by a-a car! And it's not good." "What?! Me and Eshaal will come right away!" Kat said shocked. "Thanks, bye!" I said and she replied "Bye!" I end the call and sit next to Ivy. I said "Kat and Eshaal are coming here." she nodded and asked worry in her eyes "Is Steven going to be alright?" "I...I don't know." I said staring at the doors.
