Meco's POV

We got to the hunting grounds and everyone greeted us except the general. "Your late!", he said angrily.

"Sorry I got caught up in something and them being the great friends they are waited for me.",  I said looking to my friends.

 "Ok well don't let it happen again.", he replied. "Yes sir!", I said happily.

We got into our hunting lines but, I forgot Hect and Kite don't have a spot. I started laughing as they had confusion in their eyes. The she wolf which I forgot was here directed them to the back.

We were now ready so, we started off. I listed my nose to the air and started sniffing. I smelt a few deer. A doe and a fawn (sorry forgot what its called so if that's right yay to me XD).

I looked at the general and he noticed me so I looked in the direction of the deer.

He turned his direction toward where I was pointing and so did everyone else. "Lead the way.", the general said softly to me.

I nodded and started walking  in the direction I stopped when I could see the deer. I growled softly and started to get in my fighting stance. Hect and Kite came up to me and did the same stance as me while everyone else did the one they do.

I looked to my left and saw Kite and to my right I saw Hect. I looked at Hect longer as if saying get ready the doe with fawns are a bit mean.

He looked ahead at the deer then looked back at me with a tiny bit of fear but it quickly washed away with confidence. I giggled a bit then looked forward at the deer.

I growled loud enough for the general to hear saying we were ready. He then did a small bark and we ran forwards.

I ran straight to the deer's head and I snapped at it and got its muzzle. It started bleeding, which made it wince in pain, which made it slow down, so everyone could get a hold of it.

It turned around and looked me dead in the eye before charging. I knew they did this so I was ready. I backed up into a tree and looked ahead seeing the deer very close. I quickly moved to where the deer couldn't get me and the deer went straight into into tree.

Everyone quickly grabbed it and pulled it to the ground killing it.

The fawn was also taken down by Kite and Hect. Ha those boys..... they always go for the easy target.

We grabbed it and stated pulling it back to pack grounds. I was in front pulling at it from its muzzle while the rest pulled from wherever. I saw Kite and Hect pulling the fawn with the help from a she wolf that was in the group as well.

When we got back to the hunting grounds we dropped the deer where we usually put the food then Kite, Hect, and the she wolf dropped the fawn near it.

I turned around and saw White Fang extremely close to me. I jumped back in fear because he scared me. He started laughing and in between laughs he said, "Ha.. You.. should.. of seen.. your face!"

 "Oh shut up I wasn't expecting to see you so close.", I snarled at him.

"Ok ok I surrender!", we said at is snapped at him. I laughed a bit be fore walking back to the deer.

I looked around and saw everyone waiting for the general and alpha to finish eating. I waited as well, when they finished i was the first to dig in. I ate until my stomach was about to pop.

I was tired from the hunting to I went and laid down in my den. I went to sleep quickly even though the noise level outside was super loud.

Mystery's POV

I walked up to Meadow my friend as she was working on something. "Hey Meadow you know how your mate is in their pack?", I asked casually

. "Yeah why?", she asked confused but not lifting her head from what she was doing.

 "Well my mate is in their pack too.", I replied. 

"Really? Wow. Have you met her yet?", she asked now looking at me.

"Yea I've met her shes really nice and we think we might know who your mate is. All you have to do is come with me to their pack border.", I reply looking back at her.

"Ok.... When?", she asked.

"Today or tomorrow.", I reply but now breaking our gaze looking at my paw because a mouse has ran over it. I grab the mouse and kill it then set it down by my feet.

"Ok do I need to bring anything?", she asked looking around her then back at me.

"Yea yourself.", I say laughing a bit.

"Ugh Mystery you......", she says giving me the death glare.

"Ok ok  I didn't mean it! Well I did but, you know what I meant!", I say quickly and she laughs.

"Ok well thanks for the heads up now LEAVE im trying to make something.", she says looking at me then at the ground where a stick with a bunch of indents where she carved it with her claws and teeth.

"Ok but first here.", I say rolling the mouse I killed to her. We are low on food as we are rouges and have to hunt by ourselves.

"Thanks now.. GET OUT!", she yelled but not loudly.

"Ok im leaving!", I say turning around and walking away.

Hmm I wonder is Meco is going to be jealous, and if she is, is she going to show it or is she good at covering her emotions?

I walked back to where I've been staying and  I go to the huge tree that is hollow underneath it. I go underneath the tree and lay down. I quickly fall asleep to the sound of nature.
