You're not together but you have a child

Calum

I rushed into the hospital and looked around. I rushed to the reception desk.

"Which room is Melissa Hood in?" I asked.

"Y/N." I turned around and sighed as Calum stood there. I walked towards him.

"What the fuck happened?" I asked as we sat down.

"She ran out into the road." He sighed. I scoffed.

"How come this shit always happens when you're looking after her?" I mumbled.

"Sorry, what's that supposed to mean?" he scoffed. I looked at him.

"I'm just saying, Calum, last weekend, she tripped and banged her head, the weekend before that, she fell over and hurt her knee. And now today, she runs out into the fucking road because you weren't watching her." I mumbled.

"I let go of her hand for one second whilst I talked to another school dad. She was by my side one moment, and running out the next. I couldn't have done anything to stop her." He spat.

"You could have watched her because, I don't know, you're her dad." I snapped.

"And I'm a good dad." He hissed.

"Mummy, daddy!" we looked at the door as it opened and Melissa toddled out, holding the nurse's hand.

"Oh, baby." I sighed as we stood up and I picked her up.

"You okay, princess?" Calum asked, gently stroking her hair.

"Yeah. I got a fairy plaster." She smiled, pointing to the plaster that sat above her eyebrow.

"Yeah, you did, because you're a very brave girl." Calum smiled.

"We should get you home." I sighed as I put her down.

"I'll drop her stuff off at yours in half an hour." Calum grumbled. I sighed again and looked down at Melissa.

"You know, M, it's only Friday night. You still want to spend the weekend with daddy?" I asked.

"Yeah." She nodded. I looked at Calum to see him smiling at me.

"Thank you." He spoke before picking up Melissa.

"Come on, then. Say goodbye to mummy." He spoke.

"Bye, bye, mummy." She waved.

"Bye, baby. Give me a kiss." I said, puckering my lips. She pecked them before smiling.

"I'll drop her off the usual time on Sunday." Calum nodded.

"Alright." I said. He smiled before pecking my cheek.

"See you later." He nodded before walking away with Melissa in his arms.

Luke

I pulled into the airport car park and parked the car before looking at Kiera.

"You ready to go see daddy?" I asked.

"Yeah." She smiled. I returned it.

"Don't forget your backpack." I spoke as I climbed out of the car. I got her suitcase out of the boot and started to wheel it along.

Kiera and I walked through the airport, looking for Luke and the boys. Suddenly, my phone buzzed.

Luke: We're at gate 3.

"Babe, your daddy's at gate three." I spoke.

"I see him!" she squealed as she started to run off.

"Hey, Kiera, don't run off!" I yelled after her. I sighed as she ran straight into Luke's arms.

"Daddy!" she smiled.

"Hello, princess!" he laughed as he picked her up and kissed her cheek. He looked at me and smiled.

"Hey, Y/N." he smiled as he put her down.

"Hey. I think she has everything, but she has some extra money in case she's forgotten things like a toothbrush, so she should be fine, her bedtime is nine at the very latest, she doesn't like strawberry milkshake anymore, erm-."

"Y/N, I know what I'm doing." He chuckled. I sighed and nodded.

"I know. We did raise her together for the first three years of her life." I smiled. He returned it.

"But, remember, if anything happens to my little girl, I cut your dick off." I warned, making him laugh.

"Nothing is going to happen to her. I don't want to lose my dick." He chuckled. I returned it before looking at Kiera.

"I'm going now, love." I spoke before hugging her tightly.

"I love you so much, text me if you need anything." I spoke as I pulled away.

"Your daddy will take good care of you." I said.

"I know." She smiled. I returned it before looking at Luke. He nodded before hugging me.

"Everything will be okay. I'll let you know if anything happens, I'll pay for anything she wants or needs, the boys and I will take care of her." He reassured. I sighed and nodded before moving out of his arms.

"Have a good time." I smiled before walking away.

Michael

I walked into the headmaster's office and sighed as Michael was already sat there with Theo. They all looked at me as I walked in.

"Mrs Clifford, how nice of you to join us." The headmaster sighed.

"It's Miss Y/L/N now, actually." I mumbled as I sat down. Michael looked at me before looking back at the headmaster.

"So, what happened?" he asked.

"Your son got into a fight." The headmaster admitted. Michael and I looked at Theo with wide eyes.

"You what?" Michael spat.

"Okay, it wasn't my fault, this guy's been giving me shit for months-."

"Language, Mr Clifford." The headmaster sighed.

"So, you're being bullied?" I choked.

"No, mum." Theo groaned.

"Theo, if this has been happening for months, it's bullying." Michael scoffed.

"Jesus, dad, it isn't like that." He sighed.

"How is it, then?" he questioned. Theo sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose. I sighed.

"What's his punishment?" I asked.

"A week's suspension." The headmaster nodded. Michael glared at Theo as we stood up.

"Thank you." I nodded as we left.

"You're in big trouble, mister." Michael warned before turning to me.

"How the fuck did you not know he was being bullied?" he hissed. My eyes widened.

"Michael, this isn't all on me, you're his dad." I spat.

"Yes, but he's only with me for two days a week. You have him during school." He snapped.

"He's a seventeen-year-old boy, he doesn't share stuff with his mum." I retaliated.

"Well, you should have asked him." Michael spat.

"I didn't know I had to fucking ask." I hissed.

"Can you two stop fucking fighting?!" we turned to look at Theo.

"Seriously, it's bad enough that I have to live between you, but no, you also have to fight every time you're together. No wonder you got a divorce." He scoffed before starting to walk towards the school doors. Michael and I sighed.

"He's right." I nodded.

"I think he should come home with me. I'll talk to him about this bullying." Michael spoke.

"Okay. Let me know if he says anything." I sighed. Michael nodded before walking after Theo.

Ashton

I pulled up to Ashton's house and sighed as I looked at Tom.

"How you feeling, buddy?" I asked.

"How do you think I feel?" he mumbled, resting his head against the window of the car. I sighed again before opening the door and climbing out. I knocked on Ashton's door as Tom slumped next to me. The door opened.

"Hey." Ashton spoke.

"Hey." I smiled as Tom stumbled in.

"Hey, buddy-woah." He scoffed as Tom just walked in.

"Are you sure that he's sick?" he asked as I walked in.

"Yeah, why?" I asked as he shut the door. He looked at Tom as he slumped down onto the sofa.

"Because he looks drunk." Ashton spoke.

"What?" I scoffed. Ashton shrugged as he walked to the sofa and looked at Tom to see his eyes scrunched shut.

"Do you want some water, Tommy?" he asked.

"Hmm, please." He grumbled. Ashton dug Tom's water bottle out of his bag.

"No, tap water, not that stuff." He groaned. Ashton unscrewed the bottle and sniffed it.

"Jesus." He coughed before looking at me.

"That's vodka." He spoke. My eyes widened.

"Tom Fletcher Irwin, you have some explaining to do." I spat.

"Hmmm, not now, mum. Later." He nodded in his sleep.

"No, Tom, now." I demanded.

"Y/N, I think for now, his major hangover is enough of a punishment." Ashton chuckled. I sighed.

"But you're grounded, Tom." Ashton warned.

"Urgh." Tom groaned. I sighed again.

"I need to go. Sort him out, yeah?" I asked.

"Sure." He nodded before hugging me.

"See you later." I spoke before looking at Tom.

"Bye, Tommy, I love you." I sighed.

"Love you too, mum." He mumbled. I sighed again and nodded before opening the door and leaving.
