as a string of 1s and 0s.

Poetry is bittersweet,
because of how honest it is.
Sometimes,
The words just flow out

I feel like I'm bleeding.
And showing everyone my cuts.

My heart has melted into yours,
and for once all the gaps and cracks are filled.

You're my night,
And I'm your star.
When it gets tough,
You let me hide behind your jet-black expanse,
And shield me from the rest of the solar system.
They don't appreciate my meagre purpose,

One day, I'll begin to burn,
Rise above
Find my fire
And maybe,
Just maybe,
exude a little
