Olympus throne room
3rd POV

Athena sat on her throne, calling a council meeting.

" Daughter was have you called us here for ? " Zeus asked.

Aphrodite suddenly squealed like a little girl.
" OMG !!!! PERCY IS ABOUT TO PROPOSE !!"

" I merely wanted to see how the hero of Olympus would propose. I think all of you would like to see it too." Was Athena reply.

All the gods turned their attention to the large mist screen that appeared in front of them. The image of Percy waling into camp half blood appeared.

Though the gods may not say it, they all were Major Percabeth shippers. Even Athena , though she won't ever admit that.

Artemis suddenly gasped " That on his neck ATHENA !!!! Is that what I think it is ? "

All the Gods suddenly noticed the dragon curled on Percy's neck.

" He tamed Ladon that was his quest for my blessing for my daughters hand in marriage. Now let's focus on this shall we ? "

The IM on the screen followed Percy, were he went to the beach. He sank his feet into the water and gazed contently at the currents. Triton suddenly appeared.

" Hey bro ! What's up ? " Triton's merry voice chirped.

" I just got Athena's blessing ..." Percy's excited voice replied

" To marry Annabeth ? I guessed so. I better get back to Atlantis , Dad will probably faint if he saw us like this. Still it was very nice to apologize to my mother.

She has grown fond of you. I'm glad we put aside our differences, I learnt I am lucky to have a bro like you ! " Triton was grinning like the Cheshire cat. With that he disappeared into the waves.

Poseidon sat on his throne staring on in disbelief.

Suddenly 2 voices were heard. Percy dove into the water. Observing the conversation between Annabeth and a new Hermes camper, Herald Tīfe.

Soon, soon. He is so dumb ! Can't he see that I'm actually cheating on him ? I mean I've had like 3 boyfriends while dating him !

What are you waiting for ? I want him gone out of the picture.

With that, the gods watched . Mystified that Annabeth Chase would cheat on Percy. The watched as the waves rose to a terrifying height of 15 feet. Percy calmly store out.

" No need Annabeth , you can tell me now ! " Percy's eyes were brimming with tears. They lost their usual mirth. Suddenly the waves dropped.
" And to think I had to defeat Ladon to marry you ! Only to find this ! "

He threw the ring into the air, uncapped riptide. And batted it into the sea, a bubble rose and caught it. Suddenly the ring shattered within the bubble.

The gods watched as Annabeth looked unaffected. Percy stormed off. They watched him enter a cab , going to the apartment were his mum stayed.

He approached a door. And knocked " Mum ???" No reply
" Mum ?" He knocked s few more times. The gods could see the worried and fearful look on his face.

In one swift kick, the door had crashed into the ground.

The gods saw a small neat apartment and all gasped as they saw blood leaking out of one of the closed doors. They watched Percy run toward he door. He hesitated before entering.

All the gods looked in shock and disgust.

Paul's head was nearly completely sliced off, he had gashes that covered his torso and in his left eye was a dagger stabbed right through his eye. Blood that came from him looked like it was from 3 people all who bled to death.

Sally Jackson, was a deathly pale , she had stab wounds all over, you could hardly recognise her, she was gutted like a pig , her intestines spilled out of the body, a dagger plunged straight into her head.

A envelope held between her teeth, splattered in blood.

A baby lay on the bed, she had brown hair and soft blue eyes, she looked like Sally. She would have been beautiful, but she had a dagger, plunged straight into her heart. And 2 more in each of her wrists.

The gods saw the scene, Hera had thrown up , Aphrodite had turned her head. Poseidon was crying. Zeus had teary eyes. Even Artemis looked at the young man in sympathy. Even Ares looked sick. Hades looked like he saw a ghost.

They watched as Percy grabbed the envelope gingerly. He prayed to Hades for them to go to Elysium. Hades , in the throne room ( Hades and Hestia have their thrones back ) snapped his fingers and the dead family dissolved into mist.

Hermes got a prayer and he disappeared only to return with Percy.

Percy looked at the Olympian council. They all looked a little sick. And pale. Percy just sat on the floor, not looking up. His eyes already bloodshot and tears still streamed down his now pale cheeks, his eyes lost their mirth completely. He held the envelope, a single tear dropped into the envelope.

He slowly tore open the envelope, breaking the wax seal.

Suddenly a golden light enveloped the throne room ....
