[SEASON FOUR: EPISODE FOUR]
[PART TWO]
"Did I really have to come here?" Sam asked, sounding annoyed as she found herself practically dragged along to a little children's birthday party by her mother.
"Uh, Sheila's worked for us for ten years. She practically family. Anyway, you used to love to babysit Cindee."
"This is just about the last place I'd like to be spending my Saturday."
"A lot of people have it worse than you." Amanda stated, her voice barely audible over the loud pop music blaring through the speakers.
The little kids started cheering, prompting the brunette look over and see a group of young women dressed as mermaids.
One of them looked oddly familiar. She was wearing a dark purple wig and a glittery purple skirt. Sam squinted her eyes before taking a closer to realize it was Tory Nichols.
"Did I say the last place I want to spend my Saturday? I meant the first." She said, glancing over at her arch-rival with a smirk on her face. Tory and the other girls dispersed and began entertaining the young kids.
"Can you tell us a story?" Cindee asked, tugging on her shirt gently.
"Sure I can. Let's all sit in a circle." Nichols instructed to the kids who joined had her.
They all sat down together in the little playground area, while Sam, sitting nearby by herself, who was intrigued to hear this 'amazing' story.
"The prince did everything to climb up the mountain, but the dragon carried me there so he could eat me alive. But then the valiant prince came to my rescue."
"Is that the prince that you tried to steal from another princess?" The brunette questioned, a smirk appearing on her face.
"The other princess wasn't even dating him." She stated firmly before turning around to face the kids.
"Anyway, uh, the dragon breathed hot fire at the prince, melting his sword. So now I had to save the prince."
"Using what? A weapon like, I don't know a spiked bracelet or nunchucks?" Sam asked rhetorically.
"No, by singing a magic song." Tory replied, trying to keep her composure in front of the kids.
"Oh, and how did the song go?"
"Yeah, sing us the song!" One of the girls exclaimed, as the other kids joined in, hoping she would sing a song.
Beautiful dragon. Please go to sleep. Sunset is falling. Now time to count sheep
"Wow. And I thought you were bad at fighting." The brunette chuckled, getting back up on her feet and walked away.
"Die evil witch!" The kids shouted, running over to Sam, making her up look, as they threw glitter all over her body. Suddenly, Daniel and Ethan had arrived, and went to their own girlfriends.
"What an interesting choice of clothing. You gonna go for the glitter event?" Williams joked, chuckling as Sam slightly glanced over at Tory before pulling him into a kiss. Surprisingly, it actually worked to make the blonde girl jealous.
"Maybe." She said, grabbing his hand and went over to a table with her mom and dad were already sitting down.
Ethan was dropped off at his mother's apartment after having an early dinner with the LaRusso family. He headed up to the front door and went open it, but someone called out his name, causing him turn around to face the person.
"Hey, Ethan!"
"Come over for a bite? Something I've been wanting to talk about." Sensei stated, as the boy approached him.
"Sure. Although, I just had an early dinner with the LaRussos."
"Oh." He exclaimed, sounding a little bit shocked.
"Yeah. We went to this restaurant called Katsuya and Mr. LaRusso's is friends with the chef, so he brought out all this fresh fish. It was so delicious."
"But, I am quite stuffed. Anyways, I have to get ready, I've got this thing with Sammy later; she told me it was surprise, so...." Ethan started, shrugging his shoulders.
"It seems you've been spending a lot of time with LaRusso lately." Johnny pointed out, as the boy nodded his head in acknowledgment.
"Yeah. I mean, look, he paid for my mom's car to get toad, and he showed me how to fix the engine."
"And today he taught me how to drive!"
"He did what?" Sensei questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"I drove down Ventura street with him. It was so awesome. And how come you haven't told me about Chicago?" He asked.
"What happened in Chicago?"
"No." Williams chuckled lightly. "The band, Sensei."
"You know, 'You're the Inspiration,' 'Glory of Love.' Peter Cetera's is very badass."
"Peter Cetera is the opposite of badass." Johnny stated firmly.
"What happened to Scorpions? Slaughter? Just out the window?"
"They're great songs too. It's just these are different ones, is all." The boy reassured him.
"Yeah, very different."
"Alright. What did you do want to talk to me about?" Ethan asked, as Sensei shook away off any thoughts.
"Oh, nothing. Do your thing." The blonde said, as the boy headed towards his mother's apartment, before turning back around to face the grown man.
"Hey, look. Let's do dinner sometime tomorrow. And you can make those Manwiches?"
"Oh, yeah, sure."
Later in the day, as night fell, All the students of Cobra Kai meet up at a drive-in where an action movie called Bloodsport was playing on a large flat screen.
Kenny, the newest kid, went to get two big bowls of popcorn and two hotdogs, along with four Coke bottles for Kyler. He had all of the stuff crammed in both of his hands.
Suddenly, he noticed two familiar faces, then turn around, only to be startled by another person standing in front of him, causing the food to fall on the ground.
"Damn." Hawk exclaimed, looking down at the spilled food.
"I'm sorry!"
"You should watch where you're going, kid."
"Yeah, same goes for you." Robby said, slowly walking up to them, as Kenny quickly stood behind him.
"Look who it is."
"You betrayed Miyagi-Do. Traitor." Nathan spat.
"Oh, there's a traitor here for sure. He's gonna get what he deserves." Tory stated, stepping forward to join the group, with the rest of Cobra Kai close behind her.
"I don't think so. Not if I have anything to say about it, Princess." Sam said, mockingly, marching over to them with Ethan was following right behind her. The two groups glared at each other, and the only sound was coming from the movie playing.
"Hey, guys. Can you believe they have Mr. Ping and Dr. Pepper?" Demetri asked, as they all turned their attention to him, with annoyed expressions on their faces.
"Oh shit. Not another rumble."
"Careful, LaRusso. Your mommy isn't here to play peacemaker." Tory said, smirking in the brunette's direction.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Sammy, stop. We can't do this right here." Williams stated, putting his arm out in front of Sam to stop her from going any further.
"We'll beat them on the mat, I promise."
"Oh really? You do remember what happened the last time we fought, right?" Robby asked, glancing at the boy.
"Okay, fine. You want play that game, Robby? Meet us at the baseball diamond in 30 minutes. And no weapons."
"Yeah, we don't need them." She replied.
"Yeah, whatever you say." He said, then the Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fangs turned around and walked away.
Thirty minutes had already passed as Sam, Ethan, Demetri, and Hawk sat patiently in his car, waiting as the Cobras stepped onto the baseball field.
Suddenly, all the lights were off, causing them to look around in confusion as the sprinklers turned on, dousing them all in water. The boys all started laughed, while the brunette watched them, feeling unsure of how to react.
"Dude, genius move! We didn't even have to throw a punch!"
"My favorite kind of victory."
Hawk let out a little laugh before putting the car in reverse and took off down the road, leaving the Cobras soaking wet.
The next day, all of the students gathered around in the backyard at the Miyagi-Do dojo, discussing what happened last night with Cobra Kai and Ethan's brilliant idea.
"Henceforth, Ethan Williams shall be known as the Rainmaker." Demetri announced.
"El Diablo de la Lluvia!" Hawk cheered.
"Yeah, if they hadn't fallen for it, would've beaten them." Sam said, sounding arrogantly.
"Maybe, but it could've gone way worse." Williams replied, before pulling her close and wrapping his arm around her left shoulder. He also kissed her on her forehead.
"What could've gone bad?" Johnny asked before approaching them.
"We were about to get in a gnarly fight at the drive-in, Sensei. But Ethan saved the day." Hawk explained to him, with a grin on his face.
"Oh yeah? How'd you do that?"
"Told all the Cobras to come down to the baseball field. And just in time for the grass to get watered." The boy answered, proudly.
"So you picked a fight, you didn't show, and then you doused them with a hose?" Sensei questioned.
"Oh, it was the sprinklers." Demetri corrected him, as the blonde gave him an angrily look on his face.
"I'll go back to saying nothing."
"You just poked the bear. What do you think's gonna happen? They're just gonna leave well enough alone?" He asked, as Daniel stepped out of the dojo, standing next to his original student.
"From everyone I heard, it sounds to me like Ethan practiced restraint. Found a way to get out of a bad situation without anyone getting hurt."
"What did you want him to do, get in a drive-in switch-blade fight?"
"I'm proud of you. You're taking Miyagi-Do teachings to heart, again." LaRusso said, patting him on the shoulder.
"Okay, LaRusso, we need to have a talk." Johnny stated, stepping forward. But before Daniel could say anything, his eyes landed on something behind him, widening in completely fear.
"What the...."
The group turned around their heads to see Kreese walking into the dojo, accompanied by a tall, elegant dressed man with sliver hair pulled back in a ponytail.
"Gentlemen. It seems we have a few things to discuss."
